The comments on here just keep getting more & more ridiculous. Why don't other 1st world Countries such as Italy, France, Germany etc have access to all these "latest drugs", can't they afford them? but a 3rd world Country like Jamaica can.

So my question still stands. How the hell can he get away with it for so long?. The gear Tyson & Asafa just got busted with told reporters they weren't on it for no longer than 3 months. How the hell as Bolt got away with for 12 years?.
