Andris Biedrins- a west coast version of David Lee has been on a tear. He leads the NBA in FG % and is a rebounding machine. Excellent athlete and he is still very young. Also coming on for Cleveland is Sasha Pavlovic. He is 23 and his career has been up and down nondescript but recently he has been earning more minutes and producing. Played key role in Cavs win over Lakers yesterday. Reminds me of Rex Chapman only bigger.

Sasha is such a great athlete with some good hops. Hw can realy drive to the basket and if it weren't for Larry Hughes's huge contract Sasha would be starting over him. Pavlovic has a great long ball and jump shot as well. Andris Biedrins is another great player from eastern Europe. He can rebound like an animal and is breastly on D.

Side note: Sasha's dad played pro ball in Europe for an amazing 18 years.

Lebron James made a comment recently that he feels like a "prophet" in regards to Sasha.. that he " has been going against Sasha for three years in practice" and has always believed in Sasha's ability. Their black head coach Mike Brown said that there "is nothing that 6-8 athlete can't do on the floor offensively" and that he is pleased with what he has been doing defensively. Kapono, Biedrins and Lee have been turning heads around the league as well. Moral of the story, give the white guy some playing time. There might be a star in the making in this group, all should be in the league for the next ten years or so.
