Racial Makeup of Lesser Leagues

i don't know any percentages, but i've watched a ton of Arena Football League games. it's an exciting brand of football, and they'll give white guys a shot at every position on the field. 2 of the last 3 offensive rookie of the years have been white receivers (Travis McGriff 2 years ago and Troy Bergeron this year, with Jimmy Fryzel another white wideout running a close second to Bergeron). also, that's where Kevin Kaesviharn set a bunch of records at defensive specialist before he left for bigger and better things. no position is forbidden for the caucasians, but of course most of the league is of a more melanin-enhanced variety of player.
Mike Furrey also tore it up in the Arena League as a receiver.

an interesting note, Don, is that a lot of the "success" stories about guys going from the AFL to the NFL deal directly with the New York Dragons (which used to be the Iowa Barnstormers). they have a tremendous track record of two things:
1st, whoever their talent scout is, the guy is awesome. in addition to having some of the best players in the AFL, they've put as many guys in the NFL as anyone. QB Kurt Warner, DS (corner) Kevin Kaesviharn, WR Mike Furrey, K Rob Bironas to name a few.
2nd, they play a bunch of white guys all over the field. all four of the guys i mentioned were white. and currently they have a white WR/LB Chris Anthony, WR/DB Todd Doxson, and DS Chris Angel. they are one of the most white friendly teams in all of football, in terms of breaking down caste system positional bias.

I believe the Rattlers still have Tom Pace a white running back who went to ASU.He is really good.The Arena League is fun to watch.Hopefully more of these kids can get a chance to play on Sundays.

never heard about Jimmy Fryzel. Thanks for the info. I have
looked at some of the teams. They seem to be about the same as
the NFL or College football racially, but there are a lot of stars that
are white(a major difference). I think it might be because they
are less concerned with marketing players and today, black players tend
to be much more marketable than white players.

CFL is just as black as the NFL. IMO this is because many white US players will not go to Canada to play football. "Damn it! It's cold there!" A black player on the other hand seems much more likely to give it one more shot.
Also the CFL is constantly ridicled in the media. We have a saying up here. "The CFL is like pornography, everyone watches it but no one will ever admit it." Half the players may be NFL quality (many unfairly screwed over) but the Canadian inferiority complex will still take over and bitch about being second best...
This doesn't exactly help the CFL's image and it's so much easier for an American to play in one of the indoor leagues and stay close to home rather go to the ends of the earth to play some kind of mutant bastard football. Still the CFL is a lot better than working at Walmart and if you're former SEC star trying to make his child support payments it's not that bad of an idea.

Before I forget, I should point out that once these spoiled black NCAA athletes get up here in Canada and away from the false protections of the Almighty Caste System many (if not most) of them clean up their act and actually turn into good citizens.
It's as if the death of the NFL dream forces them to take responsiblity for their actions. This is what has me so confused about the Caste System and why anyone would support it.
