Ricky Rubio, a 6-4, 15-year-old Spanish point guard, just finished a
legendary performance at the 16-under European Championships. In the
championship game he scored 51 points ... after turning in a quadruple-
double in the semifinals.
He led the tournament with 23.2 ppg, 12.8 repg, 7.1 apg and 6.5 stl.
According to Draft Express, the only youth player to have similar
tournament stats in the last decade was Luol Deng, but he did it in a
preliminatry tournament and Ricky did it in the finals.
