From looking at Rivals over the past several months, I saw a bunch of black "Tight Ends" that were skinny, pencil-necked and baby-faced. I think that's what happens when blacks are heavily-slotted to every position in football...
The same can be said about other positions. Many of these "Tight Ends" were on the shorter-side of the spectrum as well, but they still got at least "3-stars"..

EDIT: To clarify, the 1/27 article says that Jake is going to be an Eagle (Eastern Washington), but it looks like he just signed the LOI on 2/15. This tells me that he was likely hoping for a "better" offer. His offer list just has EWU and Portland State..Edited by: Deadlift
