Last Wednesday, high school football recruits from around the country signed their Letters of Intent for the University of their choice. After going through the recruit lists for all of the Division 1A schools, below is a list of all of the schools that recruited white athletes at the "white prohibited" positions of running back (no FBs included), defensive back, and wide receiver. I also included players listed as "Athletes" as they generally will play one of these positions.
One of the positions that has continually shut out whites is the running back position. It has been suggested on this site that many talented white RBs are switched to Safety when entering college. In doing my research, this trend was very prevalent. You will see many safeties on this list. There is a large percentage of those players who were star running backs in high school. I made notations on a few who were extreme standouts at the RB position.
The players are listed by name, projected college position, height, weight, and 40 yd time (if available).
