"Latino Drought" it read in todays Chicago Tribune about how White Sox has faced seven Latino pitchers in the past nine games. Yet the White Sox only have 3 Latino starters, but that is not enough says manager Ozzie Guillen. "I was shocked," Guillen said. "We have three Latin pitchers, but [not one developed] here. (Which is false, they have several, and guess what they all suck.) Now keep in mind this is printed after their "white" pitcher Brandon McCarthy won his first big league game. Also, the article states the Sox are expecting to finalize a contract to open a baseball academy in Venezuela by the end of September.
