The Idaho State Bengals are a team that we need to keep an eye on this fall because they have 2 white primary ball carriers Clint Knickerham is a senior listed at 6 ft 2 220 lbs. Then their is Ben Laporta who is a freshman, and stands around 5ft 7 198 lbs about the the same size as Danny Woodhead. LaPorta led the team in rushing during the spring game. Now some more good news the team has no other running backs on the roster at this present time until the Jr college kids show up in the fall. However the coach of the team said that even if Laporta is not the starter he will split the majority of the carries. Good news for once I know it's Idaho State, but at least it;s not Chadron State or Colorado of the mines. Laporta I think has a chance to be a really good player according to his coach let's all hoipe so for his sake.Edited by: White Power
