This is a kid from the Netherlands who is quietly
becoming a very fine sprinter. With personal bests of
10.25 in the 100 & 20.64 in the 200,he is on the rise.
I really like the fact that he competes in both events.
I think running the 200 really helps you to finish the
100 meters strong. He is only 23 and has a chance to take
it to the next level.I don't know how I haven't heard
of this guy.I will keep an eye on him. Here is a link
to his bio.

That is a very fast time in the 200!Both of these guys have alot of upside to go still. It's a very exciting time in sprinting with so many young white sprinters coming up these days.

He is probably running almost as good as anyone.Maybe we will have another serious contender for possibly a sub 10 and sub 20 in a few years.Boy would that be great. He is running the 100 just about as fast as Pickering on a consistant basis. His 200 times are right there with Unger and Wissman.Very impressive!

He did run a 10.35 today into a -3.0 wind.I myself did run the 100 meter and 800 meter in my first training, The 100 in 10.98 and 800 meter in 1.58.Which of the two do you guys think I have the most chance to become good in?

judging by your time you might be a suited for the 400m. i would train for the 400m and put yourself into some 100/200 & 800m here and there just to feel yourself out. at 18 with a good season of training you could make that 10.98 a 10.68 & the 1.58 a 1.50. if you can go 10.6 or better stick with 100/200 if you can break 1.50 go with the 800. get a 200 & 400 time and report back.

albinosprint this were my times: 22.5 200 meter & 47.8 400 meter and after a rest because I got very tired legs from the 200 and 400 meter, a 1.56 800 meter this time(i runned myself 100% tired LOL). I got tired legs from the 400 because I tried to sprint the whole distance at 800 meters you can run a bit slower. But I think that gonna do what you set albinosprint one distance 400 or 800( which of my time is better) but also 100 a bit to find out which i can improve the most.

my first meet is in August my first did not continue because they make a new track were i have my race.Their are not so many races because their a simply not much people in the netherlands that do track.

Maybe i have still some speed and andurance from Soccer.I played that till my seventeenth.Always tried to become professional in that.In soccer you have to be scouted to become professional youth academies that means that people from professional youth academies(some of them came in the senior professional team)looking for talend at amateur academies most times at a young age and ask you for that. When i was very young they asked me for a professional youthacademie but my parents find me to young. They scouted nearly only in the big citys because their plays the amateurs the highest level.some years after be scouted i moved from a big city to a small and I never be scouted again. And soccer is becoming a bit USA sport model with a lot of blacks at professional teams.Reasens for that are they life in big cities and that scouts also see the 100 meter sprint and think that all blacks are fast and whites aren't.I have some black friends but this I dont like.once at soccer we did sprint matches i was against a fast black and after 5 times beating him they beleafed i was faster than him LMAO.
