I dont know guys who make under 4.21..

Good post Lumsden, but checking your spelling is always a good idea. The edit function is very helpful for doing this. I don't think you meant to say Kevin is the fatest guy in the NFL.

I think it may be Michael Bennet. In college he took first place in the big ten in the 100 m dash with a 10.22. Earlier this summer he wasrunning track meets and ran a 9.91 100m.
