Good to see a big white WR, ranked pretty high, who will probably avoid the switch to tight end due to his frame. With his 4.6 speed he might be more of a Flanker than a Split End, but there are even rare cases in the NFL of #1 Split Ends who have 4.6 speed.
I'd like to see him pick Rutgers, (rather than Stanford having so many whites that they ALL won't ever be able to see the field). Schiano's recruiting classes have been looking too black, but for a NJ state University, he seems to have a knack for letting the best players play once he gets his practices going and sorts out his roster. Remember Joe Martinek started as the scout team back, and look how well he's done as a starter, after he worked his way up there, despite being the only white scholarship back!
Sorry to say again guys: I formerly said Brian Leonard should have only seen slightly more carries his senior year with the way Ray Rice played and I stand by that (Schiano was pretty fair). Leonard isn't as good a true tailback as Peyton Hillis, Toby Gerhart, Danny Woodhead, Sam McGuffie, Rex Burkhead, Brandon Wegher, Nile Knapp, Brandon Bourbon and probably even Jacob Hester anyway. If I were Marvin Lewis, I'd use him just in a Kevin Faulk type 3rd down role- which is still more than he got last year.
