Yeah just wondering if this would be a good opportunity for me.. Pretty
much I played alot of baseball/football from like 6 years old up to
freshman high school so i'v been out of sports for 4 years or so and
kicking myself always had really good speed which gave me the advantage
but bottom line just wondering if it's pretty easy to get on community
college football teams. Would you say it's about equivalent to getting
on a high school football team about 10x easier than a uni? Any
information would be greatly appreciated.

Hey GatorBait, JUCO coaches are the same as anywhere, they look for the qualities that they "think" will help them win games. If you have a fair coaching staff, then yes, it's an excellent place to "jump start" a career. You will still have a ton ofother kids to beat out (depending on the size of the community college), but if you've got what it takes, and are willing to outwork everyone, then yes, you can not only excel, but possibly make the jump to a 4-year school. There is no substitute for hard work and believing in your own God-given ability (unless you're black, and then you can just slide by;-)
