Why does every black purported-QB get described as having a "cannon arm"? Is there any justification whatsoever for using this term, which seems to now mean, like "athletic", simply black?

Since the results of Olympic Track&Field are considered evidence that "Blacks are better at everything that involves running, so there!", why isn't the same held to be true of Olympic throwing events?

Shaun King is the only black quarterback I can think of who wasn't automatically credited with having a bazooka arm. In his case the media oohed and aahed at his "intelligence" and "natural leadership abilities."
