Talk about your oil well running dry. The Detroit Tigers sent Dontrelle Willis down to DOUBLE A today. This coming after signing him to a 3 yr. 29 Million dollar contract. He has walked 21 batters in his last 11 1/3 innings. I never thought he was worth squat and now he is proving it. Or maybe he is just worth squat. Who knows?

Actually I believe they sent him down to SINGLE A ball on second thought. I need to look that back up again, I guess.

It was single A Lakeland. If someone is worth that much you have to be in AAA at least. If you can't handle your own in AAA, you shouldn't be in the majors much less getting that kind of money. Edited by: mrjohnnynofear
