Since 2007, Alabama has started 4 , 3, 8, 4, 5, 5, 4, 5, 6, 4, 2, 3 and 1 white(s). This year is 1, but it could hit 0.

An injury to Polynesian TE Cameron Latu has kept the number from hitting 0. A number of white TEs are in his place. However, Latu is an admittedly talented player and will likely be back soon. C Seth McLaughlin has gotten first team snaps and Saban is not a huge depth chart guy, so it's possible McLaughlin will be starting by Latu's return. Either way this team is not one to watch.

WR Slade Bolden was the lone starter last year and his departure was probably a mistake, even with this caste-ladden team. He would have been a starter this year but instead ends up undrafted and on the NFL waiver wire after a poor combine showing.

Jalen Milroe will probably take over for Bryce Young so it's going to be a black quarterback show for a few more years. I expect Ty Simpson to get screwed like everyone before him.

I like to look for positive so here's a few. Freshman S Jake Pope isn't on the two-deep but he's uber talented and could see the field sooner rather than later. Also, Alabama's 2023 #1 ranked recruiting class has 9/21 white commits, which is super white for Alabama standards. That is a number you would expect more from a Notre Dame type team. The class includes two very highly rated QBs as well as a DB and a WR.

Offense -
TE - Robbie Outz

Defense -
None

Back ups are virtually impossible to find but include C Seth McLaughlin, TE Miles Kitselman and S Jake Pope.
