FAU has started 6, 6, 9, 6, 7, 5, 6, and 4 Whites from 2005-2012. No write up was done in 2013-2014. They started 6 in 2015 and 7 in 2016. They look to start 6 in 2017.
This season started off hilariously appropriate for caste whore Lane Kiffin. Despite being down big against Navy for the entire first half, a half which featured loads of lengthy delays for lightening, Kiffin rejected calls to end the game. The Owls ended up losing 42-19.
Kiffin has never been fair to white players, so I wouldn't expect much from this program moving forward. At least he chose Daniel Parr over his hand-picked black quarterback transfer.
