We're going to see - once and for all - if Wake is simply gathering up all this incredible White talent, especially on defense, in order to screw-over a vast majority of them.

(I started this topic, and I'll gladly write the starting line-up for this team, and I'd rather do it when their first game is played, as it will usually be aired in my neck of the woods.)

I do have a bad feeling about what their starting line-up will be on defense. Yes, Wake tends to rotate their defensive players, in-and-out of games, more than most FBS teams, but I want Whites to "star" (put up big numbers) because that's about the only way they'll get attention from the NFL. I also, obviously, don't want to see black scrubs getting the starting nod.

With all the White tackling-machine LBs that they have, there "should" be at least 2 White starters. I hope that super-athletic Joey Ehrmann becomes one of those starters.

As far as I know, he only started 2 games last season, and that's likely why his stats aren't higher.

It seems like these super-athletes (who are just flying around) are arriving onto the scene a little more frequently these days. BCs Luke Kuechly is another Caste-buster. Former Bearcat, Connor Barwin, is another. There are several more, of course, and all they need is an opportunity!

It figures that this gazelle-like specimen was a walk-on. An under-utilized athlete and, if he's still on the team, will probably be under-used again.

Uh huh... You would be hard-pressed to find an afflete with those kind of stats, in Florida or elsewhere...

Even though Wake's affletic DEs are small (all blacks are huge though, right?), I don't think they'll start him this year, unfortunately.

To finish off this post, here's what a lineman should look like (big and strong, but lean and has that "athletic-build" that is fairly common amongst White men):

As you can see, most of these White athletes are from powerhouse High School programs, and it would be a REAL SHAME if we don't get to see what they can do on the college gridiron.

Wake coaches, if you're reading this, DON'T screw our ATHLETES! We're watching.

Great write up Deadlift and thanks for bringingattention to the athletes Wake is accumulating! We all know how Wake treats white runningbacks but hopefully these guys at LB and D-line can get a fair shot.

I think it's good that many of these defensive players were redshirted. It shows that the coaches might have some sense.

Wake's defense was overwhelmingly black last year, and it wasn't very good, so they better start using their White athletes..

BTW Nease is one hell of a high school. They constantly are putting out D1 players. Their most famous alumni is Tim Tebow

Michael Campanaro really showed improvement as a senior in H.S in making quick lateral cuts and showing vision. We all know that he is also very fast! This kid could be a serious gamer. I have high hopes for him! Hopefully, he won't be "doomed" at Wake like Kevin Harris.

Campanaro could also be a great CB (or a WR), but as we know, CB is even a more caste position than RB (if that is even possible).

I figured I'd go ahead and list the projected White starters for Wake, just in case someone happens by the site looking for a preview. Deadlift, feel free to update these whenever necessary.

Wake Forest started 9, 7, 7, 10, and 10 Whites since '05. They look to start 11 this year. Some White backups include FB Roger Khouri, QB Tanner Price, TE Cameron Ford, RG Gabe Irby, LG Ryan Britt, MLB Scott Betros, OLB Riley Haynes, DT Frank Souza, OLB Kyle Jarrett, and SS John Stamper.

Offense
QB Ted Stachitas
FB Tommy Bohanon
TE Andrew Parker
RT Doug Weaver
RG Michael Hoag
C Russell Nenon
LT Steven Chase

Defense
DT John Gallagher
OLB Joey Ehrmann
MLB Matt Woodlief
OLB Hunter Haynes

It looks like the Deamon Deacons have a good chance start 11 whites this year. BTW, Ted Stachitas is also from Nease HS.

From Rotoworld:

While being non committal, Wake Forest head coach Jim Grobe would start sophomore Ted Stachitas if the season started today. "He's probably the best combination right now of throwing, running and knowing the offense -- all three," said Grobe. "We've still got four guys in the mix who could end up being the guy, but right now you'd have to say Ted's the guy."

Grobe added that freshman Tanner Price was second in the pecking order, and Skylar Jones, who exited spring as atop the depth chart was in a "dead heat" with Brendan Cross for the third spot. With an opener against Presbyterian, look for two or three quarterbacks to see action. And if Jones falls too far, a move back to wide receiver wouldn't surprise us. All in all, no one is Riley Skinner, and you want to stay as far away from this situation as possible, even in ACC only leagues.

Is there any way that Col Reb's post could be moved to the top of this thread. I love clicking on a team and their lineup is the first thing I see; as opposed to having to scroll down and look for it. thank youEdited by: whiteCB

Thanks for the info, Jack. I just updated the starters list.
