I'm watching the Minnesota-OSU game and noticed a white flash of a DB flying across the screen. Sophomore Kyle Theret got the start at safety for the Gophers. Checking his bio, he started several games last year as a freshman, including two at cornerback.

Willie VandeSteeg has 7 tackles and 2 sacks today. Lee Campbell has 2 interceptions!

Minnesota took down the Illini today, making them 6 and 1 on the season (they only won 1 game last year). Willie VandeSteeg was harassing QB Juice Newton all day. He finished the game with 5 tackles, 3 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 1 pass deflection.

Also, Eric decker finished with 9 REC for 86 yards and a TD. Starting safety Kyle Theret continues to make tough, open field tackles. Edited by: jared

Eric Decker continues to defy the critics. the "shutdown corner"

that couldn't shut him down was supposed to be one of the elite NFL prospects in the nation...

seems like we've heard that before.

yet Decker beat him like he stole something all day long. keep up the good work, Eric!
