Uncork the bubbly! After three straight seasons with but 10 white players on the roster, the Jaguars have 11 whiteys to open the '08 season! What will be the next historic breakthrough on the Jags, a white quarterback on the team?


Africa's Team is the NFL's showcase Caste System franchise. In an era when some of the least black dominated teams are, well, dominating (Patriots, Colts, Packers, Chargers), the Jaguars remain a playoff contender, albeit one struggling mightily to open the 2008 campaign.


There are two white starters on offense, both of them despised by the team's white fans. Whenever the running game stalls, RT Tony Pashos, in his sixth season out of Illinois, is sure to be blamed.


Of course the Jaguars' o-line remains a work in progress as it has been decimated by injuries. Brad Meester should be the starting center when he returns sometime in October.


Backup Todd Wade is the only other white lineman, hired only after Maurice Williams went on IR. It was Wade who put Jax over its heretofore time-honored tradition of having no more than 10 white players on the team.


Matt Jones is starting at wide receiver, only because the team's other receivers suck big-time or are injured. Head coach "Black Jack" Del Rio wanted badly to cut Jones outright after three seasons of not letting him develop and shredding his self-confidence, but circumstances have changed and Jones led the team in receiving in each of the first two games of the '08 regular season.


Jones' background and freakish talent have been detailed in excruciating detail in Caste Football articles and on the site's discussion board. While the media and drunk white fans call him a bust with a bad attitude, Jones has never had a fair chance of succeeding thus far. Why such a black-oriented team would draft him in the first place is a mystery; Jones is an intense competitor but has an extremely laid back personality that Del Rio and others have tried to forcibly change into one more typified by ultra-extraverted, screaming and yelling blacks. That's not Jones' style and never will be.


In his 2005 rookie season Jones had better numbers than any of the other four WRs picked in the first round of the NFL Draft that year. His second year wasn't great as he battled nagging injuries and he was on a bad passing team. 2007 was almost a complete wash, marked by public beratings by Del Rio and constant negativism from the coaching staff and his teammates. Jones ended up being inactive for many games.


Jones could yet be a big-time weapon on a team that attempts to give him an atmosphere in which he can thrive. The sooner he's out of Jacksonville the better.


The Jags have two white backup tight ends, Greg Estandia out of UNLV and Richard Angulo from Western New Mexico. Neither get more than the very occasional pass thrown their way.


Curiously, both white defensive players on the roster play the same position, tackle, which is the most rigidly Caste position on defense after cornerback. Rob Meier, in his ninth season out of Washington State, is starting this season after being a very effective backup most of his career.


Second year man Derek Landri out of Notre Dame backs up Meier.

Chris Mortenson reports on Jack Del Rio trying to get control back of his locker room for 3-5 Blacksonville. Del Rio has banned music, television and dominoes from the lockeroom. He reportedly kicked lb Mike Peterson out of a team meeting for insubordination after Del Rio lambasted him for celebrating a shoe string sack while trailing 21-3. Jack - you reap what you sow - you sold your soul to these hoodlums and now they run the asylum.

The pattern always repeats, though it took longer to happen in the Caste capitol of Jacksonville. Pander exclusively to blacks and the team is motivated -- but only for so long. The Jags rank with the Bengals when it comes to players arrested and all-around thugs. Let's hope their season completely unwinds. Maybe Black Jack can succeed Haslet in St. Louis when the Rams quit playing for him. . .

You're right on. I thought this team was going to make some real noise this year, but it looks like they're going to disintegrate. Unbelievable. I think one more loss will just about take care of them.

Aww, this couldnt have happened to a nicer, fairer, or more anti-caste coach. I feel so bad for Jack Del Rio.

Imagine his surprise....young, spoiled, rich black athletes misbehaving. Goly gee, that's something which is literally unheard of here in america. Shucks, all this poor guy did was have a 1/5 white roster (including the lowly kickers/punters/long snappers) for his entire tenure in Jacksonville. The poor guy even had the common sense to keep 3/3 black QBs on the roster most of the time, gosh darn it.

In typical NFL fashion, they should just blame the white players....if they had one. Oh wait, Del Rio also had the sense to draft Matt Jones, ruin his career and self esteem, bench him, and drive him to cocaine use.

Sarcasm aside, I want to see Jacksonville's stadium burn to ground. It is a shining, caste symbol of the tyrrany in athletics which mirrors our society.

Sources: Del Rio will meet with Peterson to discuss player's future


Jacksonville Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio will meet with banished linebacker Mike Peterson on Friday morning to determine Peterson's future with the team, sources said Thursday night.


If the meeting goes well, Peterson will be allowed to return to the Jaguars immediately. He has not been ruled out of Sunday's game in Detroit, a source said. It is unknown what Del Rio would need to hear from Peterson in order to welcome him back.





Del Rio banished Peterson from the team the past two days, for alleged "insubordination" stemming from a team meeting Wednesday when the coach challenged several players about their actions during and after the team's 21-19 loss to the previously winless Bengals, sources said.


Peterson was on a list of players Del Rio was "calling out" during the meeting. The coach had made it clear he wanted no feedback but Peterson challenged Del Rio on a specific incident for which he was cited, the sources said.


Del Rio complained about Peterson's muscle-flexing celebration after a "shoestring" sack of Bengals quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick when the Jaguars were trailing 21-3 with two minutes left in the third quarter, sources said. On the prior play, Jaguars defensive tackle John Henderson had been ejected from the game for trying to gouge the eyes of Bengals tackle Andrew Whitworth.


Instead of staying silent during the meeting, as Del Rio had requested, Peterson defended himself by saying he was just trying to bring some energy to the team. Del Rio was agitated by the explanation and wanted none of the back-and-forth that continued between himself and the linebacker. Peterson was excused from the meeting. When Peterson reported for practice a short time later, he was told to go back home by Del Rio, one source said.

Well it looks like Del Blacko is actually taking a stand. If he is smart he will only allow Peterson back if he agrees not to unjustly challenge him again. And that Gouge the eyes report is just sick. That's all ESPN put in there about it. Henderson tryed to gouge a player's eyes, but let's just go on with the report as if this is normal. This players need serious lessons in controling themselves. Can you imagine the lawsuit that would be on the table for having your eyes blinded by gouging by a defender. Risking someones eyesight is a seriously wacko!

Good one about Casterno, Thrashen! I wouldn't get too optimistic about Blackie Del Rio, as he is assuredly one of the most die-hard Caste-garden tools ever. I'm glad that he's giving Shaw a chance though.
