Congrats to Will Shipley who was drafted by the Eagles. Shipley should be the most versatile running back on the team and should be in the rotation in the near future.

Yes, congratulations to Mr. Shipley!
However, when looking at his draft position, number 127 and 40 time, 4.39. I am reminded of something very disturbing. A RB named Audric Estime was drafted just 20 positions later at number 147. At 5'11 he ran a 4.71 40!!
Yet the leading rusher from the SEC ran a 4.61 does not get drafted at all. May Cody Schrader make fools of every NFL Team and the NFL in general. May he get the opportunity and prove he's an NFL running back!

The double standard is criminal, either a black rb with a fast 40 but little production is “raw but tremendous upside” or he runs a slow 40 and is “faster on tape” like estime (who I actually like as a rb) however he is not better than Steele or schrade. The caste system props him up while discriminating against better white players

Anyone want to start predictions for Will Shipley’s production his rookie season?

98 rushes for 465 yards and 4 TD; 35 rec for 265 yards and 2 TDs is what I have. By last quarter of season he will be RB2 on the team and start one game with Barkley sitting on the sidelines injured.

If he gets to play rb and stays healthy I see 75-85 carries 500 yds 4 tds, 30 catches 360 yds 3 tds as well as Kick off returns and punt returns..

Nice. I predict him to break out his second year as well, similar to CMC and reach 1,000 yards.

I think Barkley becomes a second-teamer by that point as Shipley just outplays him in practice and games.

This will mean we will have 2 white 1,000 yard rushers at the same time as I am predicting three more seasons of CMC hitting 1k.

Will looking good, and fast:

The Philadelphia Eagles completed Day 2 of a mandatory three-day minicamp on Wednesday, and practice was open to the media. As always, we have practice notes.

• As noted in the headline, one of the obvious standouts on the day was rookie RB Will Shipley, who worked quite a bit out of the slot, and who made about a half dozen receptions on the day. I thought his most impressive moment came on a reception deep down the field, after which he turned on the jets and widened the distance between himself and rookie CB Quinyon Mitchell, who was chasing him from behind. Mitchell ran a 4.33 40 at the Combine. Anyway, my takeaway here? Shipley has some wheels.

why the hell is Shipley working "quite a bit" out of the slot? Is not a rb?
Because he is white and although clearly can be a dominate all-around running back like McCaffrey… if the best two running backs are white too many normies will start to ask questions and put things together about the caste system.

I look at it as a positive, as it means they are seeing what he can do as a third down back. He only has to beat out Gainwell for that role. No way is he replacing Barkley this season as the main ball handler as long as Barkley stays healthy.

The Eagles are also quite weak at receiver after Brown and Smith, so if Will can get on the field at times as a receiver I see that as a positive. Highly unlikely they switch him from RB to receiver.

I agree, getting him on the field early and often will only continue to open eyes that this kid has everything it takes to be a force in the league.

McCaffrey spent his rookie year making a larger impact in the passing game (as the Panthers were content to let an aged Jonathan Stewart take the bulk of the rushing load). However, they took the training wheels off in year two and he responded by being voted a 2nd Team All Pro running back.

Barkley will get the bulk of the carries this year but Shipley will probably have around 90+ if I had to predict. I think he catches 40+ passes as well.

I’m cautiously optimistic we will have two premiere white running backs playing at the same time since the early 1980s.

Yes, and with three other rookie White RBs who may have an impact this season or down the road. This indeed hasn't been the case since the early 1980s and more likely 15 years before that. Let's see how it unfolds, especially in light of the upcoming presidential election and the many racial issues coming to the fore in this betrayed land and what impact it may have if any.

Sounds like Mr. Shipley is making an early impact. If he eventually becomes a starter or a major contributor, it will be a big step for white RB's.
More young white players need to work and train hard and be more aggressive in wanting to play running back. Shipley has supreme confidence in his ability. We need many more like him!
I also want Shipley to make it as a starter so all the Clemson fans who don't believe in him will be wrong. The message boards when he announced his decision to enter the draft was about 60-40 to the bad. Most feel l like he'll never make it in the NFL. Some even said he wouldn't be drafted. No doubt most on the Clemson board are white, if I had to guess. We're our own worst enemy!

I don't follow the NFL much anymore, but I do wonder if whites are being "allowed" to play some RB now that it's not deemed as important of a position as it used to be. They'll just say "RB isn't important - you can plug anybody in at RB".
This is also something I've thought about. The upsiders have prioritized playing WR and even QB.

There are at least 2 other factors to consider (unless this is just an anomaly): one is the CMC effect and two is the transfer portal. Is Shipley a 5 star without CMC? Maybe not. Steele and Schrader are likely not in the league right now if they weren't able to transfer to P5 schools.

I reckon this may play a role in the matter, not sure how large of one though.

Running back is seen as ultra athletic and tough position, one whites aren’t made for because we aren’t equal physically.

All ********, but guys like McCaffrey and Shipley are waking people up.

For grins I looked up the 1980 rose bowl just to see what America looked like again when I was a kid. USC had Marcus Allen starting at fullback. Imagine the horror of that now .

It could be that having literally zero White running backs and cornerbacks for most of the past close to 40 years was backfiring to an extent, being so absurd and extreme that more fans were starting to question it. The growing number of Black QBs could also factor in. So sprinkling in a few Whites at those positions is the NFL's response. The old two steps back before taking five steps forward maneuver. I've been watching the league long enough to not see it as any kind of short-term or long-term breakthrough. The throttling back of White receivers in recent years shows that the unwritten basic rules of the Caste System are still ironclad.

But I also believe that young White athletes can't just bemoan the situation if they even recognize it, they have to be determined to work twice as hard and be twice as good as the beneficiaries of the Caste System, and if so they have a chance to succeed.

It seems to me that the league is so invested in black quarterbacks (most of whom frankly are terrible) that they are weakening on other fronts to keep the dwfs happy.

Ironically a buddy of mine who is a huge Steelers fan doesn’t have an issue with tomlin even though he realizes the anti white bias of the organization and the league.

We talk about things and he will totally agree but on Sunday it’s all Steelers.

I don’t get it personally but I’ve done my best to expose the system for what it is. The nfl is a make work program for athletic and other unemployable blacks. It’s the post office of the sports world

If he gets 1K all purpose yards then he will have surpassed what I expect from him. Not because he lacks talent but, because of his limited opportunities.

As someone who has followed the eagles all his life I’m not concerned but excited. The eagles have a history of using rb as wr threats going back to brian westbrook and Darren sproles. It suits Shipley’s talents as well and can help him make an impact right away while easing his way into rb behind barkley for a year

Will be fun to see how much they compare Shipleys thighs with those of Barkley.

I seem to recall ((they ))were obsessed with them when he was with the giants.
