Eric Parker?

[white is right]

Is he half white? I'm guessing he is partially black as Parker is an Irish surname, but he looks Southern European looking? Anybody know anything about him?

He's Negro. May have a white parent or light-skinned black parents, but he's black by standard U.S. definitions.
