Steele is wearing his Superman cape tonight. with 8:00+ minutes left in the first half, he is already approaching 100 yards rushing, has 2 touchdowns (including a 38-yard scamper), and is averaging over 7 yards-per-carry.

not to be overlooked in the Ball State-Toledo game, the Rockets’ two White safeties (Nate Bauer and Maxen Hook) have done a terrific job of disrupting the Ball State passing game. Ball Staye’s quarterback is an ugly 5-14 passing for a mere 14 yards. ouch!

Carson "Thor"" Steele is the Real Deal! Flipping channels to the other 2 MAC Games missed that 2nd TD Live!
But saw Samson Evans nice TD Run ...had 81 yards rushing on 14 carries after 3 qtrs & 2 TD's. Tanner Knue had a nice TD catch!

#25 Maxen Hook has to be included in DB thread ...he put a monster shot on Steele earlier ...Steele was stopped in his tracks ; but bounced right back up!

Iowa hosts Wisconsin this weekend as a slight favorite. Both teams are back up to 5-4 records and should make bowl games regardless. Both teams are currently within a game of Big Ten West leaders Illinois, who could be tested at home against Purdue.

Should we root for a Wisconsin win to solidify Jim Leonhard's standing as interim coach and force Kirk Ferentz' hand in firing reassigning his son? I'm inclined to lean that way for those reasons, but it will be a fun game to watch in any case.

If Minnesota holds serve against Northwestern and Purdue pulls off a win, the Big Ten West will have four teams tied at the top of the division with a 4-3 conference record. The Michigan - Ohio State winner seems like the inevitable division champion, but it's not impossible that the West division pulls an upset and sinks the conference's playoff bid. The Big Ten would then have three NY6 bids (Big Ten West champs, one-loss Michigan, one-loss Ohio State). Not likely, but a fun scenario for SEC fans (ugh).

Steele run! Maxen hook is a pretty sweet name for a safety.

As of today Carson Steele is 2nd in the NCAA in rushing. It's a little deceiving though as he has played 10 games where many guys have only
played 9. Still incredible for this sophmore who can't even get a picture on cbsspports.com or on espn.com They don't want THOR look alikes as
too many of the girls might not mix with their chosen players. WE MUST ALL MIX according to the powers that be.

Through 10 games Steele has 1295 yards rushing! Simply incredible! He is the whole Ball State offense which is unfortunate because
it puts so much pressure on him just to keep them in the game. They have no passing game to speak of. Beyond pathetic but again
it shows the immense talent of Mr. Carson Steele. The defenses stack the box and even run blitz but still can't stop the Man of Steele.

A 10-3 Wisconsin victory seems best case scenario. Kirks son needs to go it’s appalling how he’s not only wasted this talented white team but more importantly wasted the chance of Iowa being a legit top 5 team where the whole country could see how you can compete for a title with a majority white offense AND defense

Absolutely this is incredibly bothersome. How is Steele the only one of the leading rushers without a profile picture?

Extrapolating, Christian McCaffrey is around the 17th leading rusher (expect a big climb back half of season) but they list him 28th… so out of place. And again, the error is on the one white running back getting carries.

Evening all from the UK! Not many good games from our perspective in the early slot. LSU v Arkansas here on our coverage not many overachievers on show in the putrid SEC.

Notre Dame up 21 to 13 against Navy, Pine lighting it up for the fighting Irish 13 of 15 197 and 3 touchdowns.

Kentucky and elite prospect Will Levis struggling down 7 6 ver Vanderbilt

Charlie Jones just went over 1,000 yards receiving for the season. (86-1,005) 10th TD! Had 21 catches at Iowa last season.
