I agree with most of what you said, except I am not sure about the anti-soy part. Japan has the longest lifespan in the world today and they eat a lot of soy products. Some more things I've recently learned to avoid - MSG and garlic and probably onions too (google "garlic is poisonous")

I agree with all of those, except "kids today are fat because they don't exercise enough", and also the cardio and aerobic exercise comment. Kids DON'T exercise enough today. And you SHOULD do some sort of longer duration aerobic/cardio exercise - walking, bicycling, swimming, whatever.
