Would be awesome if the attendance sucked but who knows, lots of fools out there.

Who in their right mind would pay for a flight to Qatar to watch a soccer game where you can’t even have a beer?
A lot of sports cucks out there. Also, the Qataris “pulled a fast one” announcing this so last minute with tickets, airfare and lodging all already booked for the vast majority of the spectators. I find this whole situation hilarious.

The idea that thousands of Europeans who overpaid for tickets and flights and will now have to watch the games sans booze is hilarious indeed

FIFA president Gianni Infantino spoke of "hypocrisy" from the west regarding the 2022 World Cup which is set to kick-off in Qatar on Sunday. The global soccer governing body chief delivered an astonishing monologue in Doha on the eve of the event to defend the Arab nation in the face of significant early scrutiny.

"Today I have strong feelings," said Infantino. "Today I feel Qatari, I feel Arab, I feel African, I feel gay, I feel disabled, I feel a migrant worker. We have been taught many lessons from Europeans and the Western world. I am European. For what we have been doing for 3,000 years around the world, we should be apologizing for the next 3,000 years before giving moral lessons. If Europe really care about the destiny of these people, they can create legal channels as Qatar did where a number of these workers can come to Europe to work. Give them some future, some hope."

This winter World Cup has been set against a backdrop of numerous issues in Qatar, notably the deaths of migrant workers and the status and treatment of people identified as LGBTQ. Infantino accused European nations over historical acts instead of addressing the migrant work topic.

"I have difficulties understanding the criticism," said Swiss-born Infantino. "We must invest in helping these people, in education and to give them a better future and more hope. We should all educate ourselves. Many things are not perfect, but reform and change needs time. This one-sided moral lesson is just hypocrisy. I wonder why no one recognizes the progress made here since 2016. It is not easy to take the critics of a decision that was made 12 years ago. Qatar is ready, it will be the best World Cup ever."

"I do not have to defend Qatar," he said. "They can defend themselves. I defend football. Qatar has made progress and I feel many other things as well. Of course, I am not Qatari, Arab, African, gay, disabled or a migrant worker. But I feel like them because I know what it means to be discriminated and bullied as a foreigner in a foreign country. As a child I was bullied because I had red hair and freckles -- I was bullied for that."

I have relatives in Qatar - somebody has to fly their planes and do all their engineering because the Qataris sure as hell aren't going to do it themselves. They say about three years ago the price of all alcohol more than doubled, maybe even tripled, overnight as part of an attempt to get foreign workers to give it up. Probably also a flex by the Qataris to show foreigners who's boss. I'd like to see a similar flex over these 'gay' armbands many of the European teams will be wearing to show them that their religious devotion to perversion is not the norm everywhere else. I want the tournament to be an embarrassment to both Qatar and FIFA. A ridiculous decision to have it in such a country when so many traditional footballing nations haven't held it in my lifetime.

Imagine a senior privileged fifa official from Switzerland trying to put himself on a plane with migrant workers in Qatar.

What a tool.

I used to love watching the World Cup, now I can’t wait for it to crash and burn.

I feel like I say that sort of thing a lot. Sad.

Qatar v Ecuador. Watching this while waiting for American football to start. Ecuador’s fans look like Mexicans, but their team looks like 80% Africans. Qatar’s fans look like Arabs, but half of their team looks like Africans.

According to Wikipedia Ecuador is only 7% black, 72% Mestizo.

Based on what I've seen this Qatari team might be the worst team to ever host a World Cup surpassing the South Africans in 2010. The Netherlands, also in Qatar's group, apparently have a good team this year so this tournament could turn into quite an embarrassment for Qatar. I hope so. They deserve it for English language Al Jazeera alone, which beams anti-European, anti-white propaganda into hotel rooms across the globe.

If there are any gamblers out there bet your' life savings on USA versus Wales tomorrow. I mean wales don't even have legs but just large flippers. They will probably die anyway before they beach themselves on the pitch. :)

England will take the knee in their World Cup matches, their manager Gareth Southgate has announced on Sunday.

The symbolic act, which was thrust into the spotlight when Colin Kaepernick knelt during the U.S. national anthem in 2016, became commonplace in English football after its post-lockdown resumption in the summer of 2020. It is intended to protest against racism toward the Black community following the death of George Floyd and the subsequent Black Lives Matter protests around the world.

The England national team took the knee before all their fixtures at last summer's European Championships, a gesture that was not without its detractors. It was even whistled by some at Wembley Stadium in their opening game against Croatia, though those protests did not continue through the Three Lions' run to the tournament final. Premier League clubs announced before the start of the 2022-23 season that they would not take the knee before every game but would instead only do so on specific occasions, for instance during October's "No Room for Racism" initiative.

England will be representing not just gay sex, not just interracial sex, but interracial gay sex. It’s pretty shocking to me that an Iranian team has come to represent “the good guys” in my lifetime. It would be nice if they could steal points tomorrow morning.

Ecuador’s thorough victory over Qatar today was of no interest to me save for the fact that the host nation did not in fact bribe each Ecuadorian $7.5 million USD to throw the game.

I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that life in Iran is not nearly as awful as we have been lead believe over the last few decades.

Places like Isfahan look incredible and Persia is an ancient culture which has given us a lot over the years.

If England want to celebrate gay interracial sex rather than just play the game I’d be happy to see them lose to anyone. Including Senegal if that matchup ever occurred (I don’t know how the pools are this time)

No upset this morning for Iran as three dark-skinned gentlemen have scored first half goals for England.

The Goldwater Rule is a statement of ethics first issued by the American Psychiatric Association in 1973 restraining psychiatrists from speculating about the mental state of public figures. The rule enjoins psychiatrists from professionally diagnosing someone they have not personally evaluated.

I turned on the game at the end of the first half to hear Landon Donovan commentating and remarking that Iran looked demoralized (down 3-0 with a backup goalie), concluding that this was due to the “political turmoil” in their homeland, which was “tragic.” He further speculated that “some players” did not sing their national anthem, hinting that they were not proud to represent Iran due to their “controversial” government.

No one voted to hear this sort of political punditry during a soccer match, yet somehow it is the finished product of Our Democracy.

I'm not one those "the enemy of my enemy is my friend and should be blindly supported" types (that attitude has gotten us into a lot of stupid wars over the years), so I'm no fanboy of Iran, but England's worship of gay trans interracial LGBTQIABCXYZ+ is so repulsive that I'll root for anyone else over them. USA, Germany, and some other "Western" teams are also obnoxiously woke, but England is doing it more rabidly than anyone else. I'd rather see a coal-black Wakandan team win than a team full of kneeling cucks.

FIFA foiled Europe's plan to advertise gay sex on their armbands by announcing an automatic yellow card for every captain sporting rainbow colors.

The captains of England, Wales, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland had intended to wear the OneLove rainbow armbands to promote diversity and inclusion at the World Cup.

“We were prepared to pay fines that would normally apply to breaches of kit regulations and had a strong commitment to wearing the armband. However, we cannot put our players in the situation where they might be booked or even forced to leave the field of play,” the soccer associations said in a joint statement. Three of the teams — England, Wales and the Netherlands — were scheduled to play Monday.

“We are very frustrated by the FIFA decision which we believe is unprecedented,” the teams added, promising to show support for “inclusion” in other ways. “As national federations, we can’t put our players in a position where they could face sporting sanctions including bookings.”

The OneLove campaign was originally conceived by the Dutch soccer team, and at first 10 European teams signed up for it in September. They agreed that their captains would wear a rainbow armband to send a message against discrimination and promote inclusion.
The Dutch were the first to announce publicly that captain Virgil van Dijk would not wear the armband. “Hours before the first game, it has been made clear to us from FIFA (officially) that the captain will receive a yellow card if he wears the ‘OneLove’ captain’s armband,” the KNVB, the country’s football association, said in a statement. “We deeply regret that it was not possible to reach a reasonable solution together.

As of now, FIFA will continue to allow the USA to decorate their locker room in rainbow colors so long as they don't wear them out in public. Slippery slope, FIFA!!

An Africanized Dutch team beat a fully African team. Am I supposed to be enthusiastic about it?:nusenuse:

Now we get to see the US team who is starting 5 Whites, 4 mulattos and 2 literal Africans. Some of these wonderful “Americans” were born in the Netherlands, England, a literal African anchor baby who grew up in England and Italy and lastly a guy who’s father is the current president of Liberia. These guys are as American as George Washington and apple pie. Lol.

I'm going to root for the USA only because I played soccer for 25 years here but when they lose in the round of 16 Ill be going for Serbia, Croatia or Poland to make some noise.

Gareth Bale!!! Happy he’s gotten to score for his nation on the biggest stage. He’s had a great career but this was clearly something missing.

Awful first half from Wales. Sitting deep with 4-4-1-1 set up, yet when they got the ball they didn't counter. They actually slowed the pace!

Waste of having Dan James on the pitch. Change of tactic with Moore has paid off though.

I know nothing about soccer are there any good Eastern Europe teams to root for? And yes I would absolutely root for the Congo over the *** sodomy worshipping western countries. I have the same reasoning when it comes to the next Pope. If no eastern euro than I’ll gladly take some based African who doesn’t celebrate gay sex and child mutilation over some closeted western homo

Serbia and croatia (croatia has a better team and was runner-up in the last World cup, but most of its great players are aged, On the other side Serbia has a younger generation)

There are no Eastern European teams with a realistic shot.

Spain have a great shot and they'll likely field an entirely white starting line-up, with the exception of Pedri, who is from the Canary Islands, and so possibly has some North African blood, though there's none documented and he looks entirely Spanish...

I have very mixed feelings about Qatar. On the one hand their anti-Europeanism and treatment of laborers is disgusting, but on the other hand their treatment of homosexuals is awesome. Homosexuality is illegal in Qatar. Some people might think that goes too far, but you give those homos an inch and they'll take a mile. They never wanted equality, they've always wanted supremacy, and in most of North America and western Europe they've gotten it.

So many leftist scum from various nations want to make this World Cup about gay sex gay sex gay sex. Is it too much to ask to just let it be about soccer?

And notice how it's always the left which shovels political garbage into things that are supposed to be non-political. Every. Single. Time.

Disappointing to see the very White and highly favored Argentina lose to Saudi Arabia. I always thought that Saudi Arabia was full of Arabs but looking at the soccer team you’d think the country was full of negroes. I had to look up the demographics and found that “Afro-Arabs” only make up 10% of the country so like everywhere else these magical people are grossly over represented.

The black athletic supremacy virus has infected the minds of nearly every country on the planet.
