They're looking at Anderson Silva or Corey Anderson as potential replacements, but I'd rather see them sign Fedor. I'd also like to see Cerrone fight at UFC 200.

This could be the end for the ever-vile Jon Jones, as blood doping could be a 2 year suspension.

I'd love to see Alex Gustafsson step in and win the belt, giving the UFC another white champion. Gus lost a razor-thin decision to Cormier last year in an epic war in which they almost killed each other. Gus seems very willing to do it, any why wouldn't he be? He could get redemption for a loss, get paid millions, be part of the biggest card in the promotions history, and win the championship. I'd love him get one more chance and see everything come together for him after so many disappointing results in title fights...

Who wouldn't want to see this again?

I'd love to see The Mauler in action again for all the above reasons thrashen stated! Anderson is good young fighter but dont feel he's done enough for title shot and Silva is another dopehead has been!

White and co should just ban this evil drug minded thug for good and gain credibility back for the UFC once and for all.

In many ways this is a great day for the sport. This fraud was carried for years by Dana and crew simply because they were following the wishes of the networks in trying to make the UFC more "minority friendly". In other words, to get a network deal(s) the UFC started to stack the deck by overlooking any darn palefaces who were top notch while filling the ranks with scores of dusky, zio-friendly competitors to continue the brainwashing of the masses. This is no exaggeration either.

Looks like it's going to be Anderson Silva. I'm glad it wasn't Gus only because hasn't been training and has a fight in September. I hate to see him being forced to take a short notice fight, and lose because he didn't get the proper training time.

Jones tested positive for two different PEDs. This is a second offense for Jones which technically is a lifetime ban, but with an appeal will probably be a five year ban. Either way it most likely will be the end of his career.

I hope it is the end of this affletes career, he is a disgrace to professional MMA. If Silva does fight Cormier and wins everyone will know it is a total fix...in real life Cormier destroys Silva in 1-2 rounds, which would almost be as sweet as Jones getting banned!!:borra2:Not that I have any like for Cormier I just cannot stand black drug cheats...

Replace one black steroid user(American) with a Blackzillian who was caught using steroids what, a year or two ago?! Good job Dana White. To me both Silva and Jones have asterisk on their career records and the phrase "better late than never" comes to mind for these 2 cheaters. For years pimped as the baddest men on the planet, only to be exposed as frauds. Apparently Silva has already been forgiven for his roiding(black privilege) .

Cormier should have a field day tossing Silva around like a rag doll. I'm predicting 5+ takedowns for DC. DC is a rare example of a great black athlete role model. He's not flashy, mouthy, or ghetto enough for the media to embrace. One of the few black fighters in UFC I respect and like.

Silva is 41 years old and is in the midst of a 4-year losing streak in the middle of which he was busted/suspended for PED's. Cormier should win this easily, with Silva's only chance being a miracle submission. Silva is probably thankful he doesn't have to get obliterated or have his leg snapped by another white fighter!

I respectfully disagree about Gustafsson not getting another shot at the LHW belt. He had been training hard and had nothing to lose against Cormier, who has been rattled by Jones' suspension and who he nearly defeated a few months back. Too bad.

could it be the UFC did not want to see Cormier lose to Gus, a clean white fighter, therefore they cannot use the Jones/Cormier hatred to fuel sales.

We can only hope this fraud is done with. If he is indeed given a real ban, the punishment he deserves, we'll likely next see him in the news when he's caught after a string of robberies he committed to support his crack habit.

Or Dana and Crew will be provide us with some bunk 'special' featuring the return of "JJ", complete with videos of a tearful Jones explaining he had no idea the cereal he was eating for breakfast had been laced with PED's by his evil handlers.
