Williams Sisters

The Headlinesstory of Sharapova'svictory over Venus Williams is great. Her athleticism is apparent but within that lovely feminine body lies the heart of a fighter. She can mix it up with the masculine looking sisters and frustrate them with her ability. In defeat the sisters sound a lot like their bellicose father, who schooled them. Lacking the grace to credit an opponent they will claim defeat on an illness or a pulled muscleor cramps or something. They always beat themselves are never outplayed.


"She's got a lot of fighting spirit out there," Sharapova said. "I was very proud of myself for being able to win that game. It was a very tough one."





Williams offered a less gracious assessment. She blamed fatigue for her defeat and only grudgingly gave credit to Sharapova.





"She played fairly consistently," Williams said. "I probably shouldn't have made so many mistakes. I'll remember not to next time."

Old man Williams used to have a message right on the family answering machine that said that thosewho marry outside their race should be put to death. Interesting perspective

and one that the media didn't make an uproar about because of thestarkly differentstandards of behavior and conduct the system has for whites and blacks.


Only racially conscious white people are decried as "hateful" and "intolerant" but I find the average white racialist to be far more respectful toward non-whites than minorities are toward whites.Then again, the vast majority of whites are aracial or self-loathing or guilt-racked and pander toward minorities in a such a sickening way that I can understand to some extent the contempt many of them have for whites as a group.

Did she ever beat Serena Williams? I thought Serena was the good
sister, well I guess they're both pretty good, but you know what I
mean. Venus, sounded like a poor sport in her answer to the loss.
Playing the blame game is sure way not to earn respect points for me. I
think her and Barry Bond's might make a great couple.

From what I've read Mariais2-2 against Serena and 2-0 opposing Venus, not sure if latest victory is included.
