That's great to here about DeLorenzo, Riddle. I hope he gets a fair shake with UConn.

As for that 5'4 afflete, I was already bigger than him in the 6th-7th grade.Edited by: Jack Lambert

Hey JC, when people say that Stephen Kehner is "too small'(wink wink) toplay RB at the D1 level, tell em about this guy (5'6" 153 lbs afflete, D1 RB prospect), then this one (5'7" 153 lbs afflete, 4 STAR D1 RB prospect)....I can keep going...

<div>By the way--this is a must see...this one kid is, are you ready for this one, 5' 4" tall, weighs 145 lbs, runs a 4.85 40 (data verified), and is getting looks from FSU, Illinois, South Carolina, etc at the WR position, I kid you not!!! Danny Woodhead was "too small"to get a D1 scholarship, but this kid isnt?! Crazyness I tell you. See for yourself!!!</div>

A 5-4, 145 smurf running a 4.85 and getting interest from 10 FBS programs? Unreal!

I guess I should have given JuCo football a chance after all. I ran a 4.95 at 5-6 160 as a sophomore offensive lineman.

Dillon Bean finished the season with 1225 yards in 9 games. I assume he didnt have nearly the line in front of him as last season.<div>

</div><div>
</div><div>Update on Logan Lauters.</div><div>
</div><div>
</div><div>In Wisconsin Round One playoff action his team won 42-0. Logan had 18 carries for 171 yards and 3 TD's. They played again today in round two, They won 31-28, and now advance to the quarterfinals. I dont have the stats from the last game, but 1701 plus 171 is 1872 through 10 games. He now has 5003 yards and 72 TD's on his career rushing total not including today's game.</div>

just to keep the thread up to date (a big thank you to Riddlewire for giving me some additional info!), Steven Kehner of Glen Rose (AR) currently leads the state in rushing with 2,090 yards and 34 touchdowns on 152 carries (13.8 yards-per-carry). those numbers are in just 9 games ... mostly in just the first half of 9 games, that is.

Here are Logan Lauters numbers from yesterday.<div>

Logan Lauters, Cedarburg- A four year varsity performer and the school's all-time leading rusher, Lauters has been a big reason the Bulldogs have racked up a 10-1 record so far and advanced to Level 3 of the WIAA playoffs. One of the state's true workhorse backs, he's carried it 261 times for 2205 yards and 29 touchdowns. He's gone over 25 carries six times this season, including a Level 2 win over Ashwaubenon that saw him tote the rock 40 times for 333 yards and 4 touchdowns. Lauters is virtually a shoe-in for his third straight 1st team all-conference selection. "Logan has been a once in a lifetime player for our program and it truly has been an honor to coach him,"Â￾ head coach Brian Leair said. "His work ethic and love for football is second to none."</span>

Here is Logan's CasteRivals profile. He's got a great rating from folks who have visited his profile, but ZERO stars from CasteRivals, and the usual amount of interest from D1 schools (none).

His measurables are outstanding for a high school senior, and he seems to be the perfect size/weight/speed/agility/jumping (35.5" at a WI prep combine last year), but dang it, his skin color is "not right" for a running back.

I was just browsing through the national rushing leaders on MaxPreps when I ran across this guy, James Hartley from Birch Run, MI. He's absolutely tearing it up with 2,259 yards on 271 carries with 28 TD's. I searched around a little bit, but besides hisMySpace page, I couldn't find anything, on him, or any videos. Rivals shows him with a pedestrian 40 time of 4.92, which can't be possible, unless it's from when he was a freshman/sophomore, or that Division 5 high school ball in Michigan has really gone downhill. Anybody else know anything about this kid?

By the way, it takes about 10 seconds to register to comment on that site, and from the comments that I've generated from those folks, they are completely blind! Those few posts after mine wrap up in a nutshell what the DWF "only the best get recruited" mindset is. Incidentally, I posted Jimmy's article about "Coaches recruit talent", as it was relevant (Wisconsin) and to the point. I hope you don't mind, JC! I figure I will be banned momentarily....Edited by: FootballDad

Yeah, it is frustrating seeing how dense some people are. You are planting seeds with some though, so it can do nothing but help.

I've gotta go to my son's basketball practice, but if anyone wants to go and try to edumencate "Doc", it might be fun!

Football Dad, feel free to use any of my stuff that you wish. but, it must be said, no one is so blind as he who refuses to see.

those DWFs that you're talking with in that thread refuse to see the facts, even when said facts are blatantly displayed right in front of their eyes. only White people can be stupid enough (and fearful enough of being called a racist) to convince themselves that the truth is a lie. DWFs sicken me.

I'm sure that as soon as I plug Castefootball.us on one of my next posts later on when I have time, that will be it!

I don't go on football forums much. I'm not as knowledgeable as some of you guys, especially in the high school scene. I do make sure to make my voice heard in many boxing forums and I try to keep it nice politically correct, yet I still get banned. Keep up the fight, FootballDad!!

Ha! What started off as a thread on in-state Wisconsin recruits on Scouts has turned into a full-blown caste battle! These folks are seriously delusional.

isn't it"weird" how so many "tolerant" people who insist on the "wonders of diversity" become so incredibly angry when facts are presented that they don't "believe?" rather than simply refuting the "wrong" position with demonstrable facts (which, of course, they can't), the name calling and slandering and outrage appears.

apparently"tolerance"isn't important after all, at least not where Whitey is concerned.

It's really no surprise, I've posted on many "enemy" boards before. It just goes to show you how deeply ingrained the myth of black athletic superiority is in the minds of the average citizen. They are convinced that blacks are inherently better (white-loathing DWFs) and that scouts and coaches are "colorblind". Edited by: FootballDad

Star RB Cam McDaniel led his team to the second level of the Texas playoffs leading the way rushing as they beat Plano 20-6!!! This stud already has offers from Stanford, Tulsa, Cincinatti, Colorado, Iowa State, Minnesota, and Texas Tech. Personally I'd like to see Stanford because they are on the rise as a program and he could be a future Heisman. After that I think he has a shot to bea featured runner during his tenureat Cincy. Colorado is a mess, as is Iowa State and Minnesota. Tulsa has offered but it looks like he has low interest, but possibly an option asa transfer school if another Texas kid gets homesick. Tech would be horrible, he would get switched over to WR with Tuberville running the show. Hopefully his team can go far into the 5ATexasplayoffs and he can pick up a few more options.

I'm sure Tulsa would use him, but it would be all over the field, like all of their players. Stanford is the only other school that would give him a chance to play. Those other schools are hostile to white RBs.
