Austin Collie should have a big game today. My local Giants are such a disappointment. Umenyiora is being a cry baby and the defense just sucks.

Edelman is stepping in nicely for Welker so far with 2 catches for 28 yards. Justin Smith just got a sack and Posluszny already has 5 total tackles!

In a must win game, a Matt Schaub pass clanked off the hands of Jacoby Jones and was picked and returned 91 yards for a TD by New England. Jones is the allegedly "wonderfully talented" afflete who remains incredibly mistake prone and is being phased in over Kevin Walter, who again is an afterthought in the Houston offense. That's it, don't go to the sure-handed, smart veteran Walter, throw it to Jacoby Jones.

In the Miami-Pitt game, a must win for both, little Pat White is in for Chad Henne in the second half. Not sure what happened to Henne, but White looks awful so far.

I'd bet my life that some of the great white strongmen like Kevin Nee, Derrick Poundstone, and Mariusz Pudzianowski would be the greatest defensive tackles the NFL has ever seen. Not only are they extremely strong and lean but they are very athletic and explosive. If a tub of lard like Casey Hampton can make the Pro Bowl at 25 % bodyfat or more then these guys would be monsters.

Pat White just got hammered by Ike Taylor and looks hurt. He didn't complete a single pass in the third quarter (and has yet to complete one in his rookie season). Maybe now the comparisons of Tim Tebow to White will stop. . .

Edelman is 8/86 through 3 quarters. He is extremely quick and elusive. Just shows again that as great a talentas Wes Welker is, there's a ton of White talent at wide receiver that should be playing in the NFL.

Not only that but Edelman was a quarterback in college. He's learning a new position just like Matt Jones who was having a breakout season before he was kicked out of the league for a minor crime. Also today's game is a career one for Edelman.

Brian Hartline just ran a reverse in for a touchdown from 16 yards out.

That TD came shortly after Dan Dinkeldork pronounced that "any productivity of the Miami offense went up in smoke" after Henne was injured and then White was injured and then Tyler Thigpen was in. But the difference in ability between White and Thigpen was dramatic, even though the Steelers were blitzing virtually every play. Thigpen knows how to recognize and react to it; White didn't have a clue.Edited by: Don Wassall

Ruud has 16 tackles today! He is one of the few bright spots on Raheem Morris's All African American team. Also Sabby has a pick as well.

Ya it truly is amazing how productive the Dolphins have been since Thigpen has stepped in. Why was this guy behind White in the first place? He played practically the whole year for KC last season and did good with limited resources. Hartline looked very fast on that reverse! Glad I tuned in to this game b\c the Giants effort against the Vikings was pathetic. Play with some pride at the very least(even if you're not making the playoffs!), your job is to play football!

*As I type Thigpen is coordinating a comeback! I love the guy he is quite the athlete.Edited by: celticdb15

Thigpen just threw a long TD pass to get the Dolphins to within 4 points. Two times down the field for the Dolphins since Thigpen entered the game -- right after Caste whore supreme Dierdorf had conceded the game to the Steelers, saying the Dolphins offense was finished with Thigpen in the game.

Texas was down 27-13 butis now tied 27-27 with New England at the two minute warning and are at the New England 5. Even if they end up missingthe playoffs, winning their last four games to get to 9-7 is important. Edited by: Don Wassall

Edelman went over 100 yards receiving in a game for the first time in his career! Also Justin Smith has 8 solo tackles and 3.5 sacks plus Greg Olsen almost has 100 yards receiving!

How ridiculous is it that Pat White was ever on the field anyway? That 3rd quarter killed the Dolphins. Tyler Thigpen throw a crucial interception, but he led the Dolphins back from the disaster of Pat White. Thigpen's big mistake was trying to throw the ball to Ted Ginn who failed to secure position on his comeback route. Ginn is another guy shouldn't have been on the field. There is no way the Pat White experiment should have been put in the game in front of a proven professional QB like Tyler Thigpen especially in that situation.

Provided Miami doesn't make some FA WR pick-up, next year Brian Hartline may actually be Miami's #1 WR. That would probably make him the only white reciever to be proclaimed a team's #1 reciever.

Watching the Dallas game the announcers threw out a chart showing Romo's completion % by receiver. I couldn't help but notice the darker the receiver, the lower the completion % was. LOL. It just struck me as funny. I don't remember the exact % numbers(maybe someone else does?), but this should be pretty close.

Jason Witten 71% (White)
Miles Austin 66% (very light skinned Black[and light eyes].)
Patrick Crayton 64% (med-Black)
Roy Williams 45% (dark Black)

edit: I'd bet dollars to donuts that's a common trend

Eminem's preferred tight end, Daniel Graham, who starts over the far more talented Tony Scheffler, has dropped two passes that I've seen, including one in the end zone. The Chiefs are playing hard, would be great to see them eliminate the Broncos in Denver. Edited by: Don Wassall

ESPN said the reason Scheffler was benched was he made a comment in the locker room stating "I can not wait for the season to end." If I was a white player on that team and saw the treatment of Hillis and himself I would feel the same. However, if he made outloud that is a problem.

McNabb would having a very good game if explosively electrifying hyper-athlete DeSean Jackson could stop the football from exploding off his hands every other play.

you gentlemen are absolutely correct.

Thigpen is, in fact, taller, stronger, faster, smarter, etc. than "supah afflete" Pat White. and more importantly, as a quarterback, he's a hell of a lot better. Miami's offense under White was so pathetic, that the coaches wouldn't even call pass plays.
smiley36.gif
yet Dan Duhrdork actually repeated numerous times that Miami's offense didn't have a chance when he left the game.
smiley5.gif

i wish i could've seen his face after any of his numerous inane utterances when Thigpen made yet another impressive play.
smiley36.gif
whether it be displaying his speed and agility evading a blitzer, his quick decision making under pressure, or the accuracy of his throws, it was readily apparent that he's a HUGE upgrade over White.

additionally, how horrible must a player be at his job to not be trusted to do the basic job requirement of the position by his coaches? that'd be like having a kickerwho can'tkick. or an o-lineman who can't block.

yet that's the world we live in with the black quarterback. coaches don't trust them to actually throw the ball.

McDumbass actually prohibited Scheffler and (negro wideout) Brandon Marshall from even being on the sidelines in today's game. what the hell is going on in Denver?
