I was just reading an article on dallascowboys.com that said Jerry Jones interviewed Todd Bowles, Dallas's secondary coach, for the vacant seat left by Parcells. "By interviewing Bowles, an African-American, the Cowboys have now met with at least one minority coach, a requirement all NFL teams must follow in interviewing for a head coaching vacancy. " Atleast they gotthe Cooney rule out of the way and can search for a real coach. The article also mentioned the possibility of Mike Martz getting a look, "Mike Martz - Offensively, you can't argue with what Martz has done in his career. He helped mold a St. Louis Rams offense that will go down as one of the top offensive football teams ever in a five-year span. What might be even more impressive, he made the Detroit Lions a formidable offensive team last season. Would his style work with the current personnel here in Dallas? That's a question Jones and the Cowboys must figure out. But if you like offense and a coach that knows how to move the ball, Martz shouldn't be overlooked. " It would be nice to see Martz whiten up "America's Team," cause our current roster has us looking like africa's team.

Niice post White Mike. I would not like to see Mike Furrey left in Detroit without Martz, however, Martz needs to be a head coach again and "whiten" up any team in the NFL (take your pick, they all need it.)

Oh yeah the great Roy Williams. Watching those bruthas drop one pass after another on a routine basis every Sunday gets old. There was a time not so long ago that coaches would pull the pass dropper, or at least scream something like " what the fuk did you do that for, your killing us!" Not anymore, now the coach and others pat the brother on the back while he walks back to the huddle after a missed ball with a stupid grin on his gansta face. Pathetic!

I Agree all your point man, but in Detroit for the Head Coach, Roy Williams is one of the better receiver, the fan won't accept that 2 white start at WR and that 10 white starts on offense..

fans complain because of 10 whites start on offense!? that sh*t would probly happen. i dont think that there'sa team in the NFL that allows more than 6 or 7 whites on the field at a time. if ten whites were on field for one team, they would surely be called out for not being diverse enough.
