One thing I've noticed, we don't get a lot of the trolls in the UFC section of the forum, the way we do the rest of the board.

How did that arab kid even get on this show? He was horrible. Seriously, I think you could walk into a bar in anytown USA and find guys who could have kicked his ass. I have a lot of respect for guys who train at MMA, but this clown seemed to be a black belt in the fetal position... I'm very curious if they threw him in the house to see if any storyline developed between himself and the Jewish guy. Funny thing is I thought he was a Mestizo until he started flailing towards Mecca.
They probably did put the Arab(Danny Abbadi) in for that very reason. Check out his record on Fcfighter and he has had only 2 amateur fights and NO pro fights, Ed Herman( the kid who beat him) on the other hand has had 9 amateur bouts and 12 Pro fights. This was a total mismatch in every sense of the word.

Any one watch the Hammill - Nickels fight?
It was sloppy bad. Bad with a capital B.
Bisping would kill either of those guys.
Matt's off to the hospital with what I'm guessing is dehydration and a mild concussion.
Nickel's 'streetfighting jiujitsu' was non-existent. That was some of the worst stand up I've seen, even for TUF. Head down, windmilling punches... well if it works for Antonio Tarver why not TUF fighters, right? Anyway, if Nickels had listened to Shamrock's incessant yelling from the corner, he might have KO'd Matt, but he gave the impression he was just as deaf as Hamill.
One thing is for sure, Ken needs to stop taking these guys to the bowling alley and eating chicken wings, and spend more time on the treadmill.
The episode left you wondering if Matt is off the show due to injury and has been replaced, or if he comes back from the hospital ready for the semi's.

Here is an article I came across that discusses Ortiz-Shamrock and their roles on TUF 3. It mentions that both knew in advance that their appearance on the show was to boost ratings and help set up their fight in UFC 61 at the conclusion of TUF 3. In a nutshell, yes they do not like each other but their hatred is not all consuming, as it may appear to be on the show.

Mike Nickel looked whipped from the get go, it was amazing that Matt wasn't able to put him away. I actually felt bad for Shamrock, he was telling the kid exactly how to win and Nickel didn't listen one bit.
BTW, did anyone catch the fights that run on Spike before TUF 3? There was some guy called "The snowman" didn't catch his actual name who had a bunch of commie/anarchy tats. My question is if he can display that crap on his body, could a nationalist sport pro-White tats? I think not... Sad how far down this road to hell we have already travelled as a nation and a people.

That fight was SLOPPY. It's amazing how poor both guys' techiques were despite the training they have recieved. It just goes to show that not everybody can be made into a fighter. Seems like a lot of guys in MMA overrate their own striking ability and insist on staying of their feet.

The guy with the commie/anarchist tats is Jeff Monson. I don't know if a guy with a swastika tat would get on the show, but I've seen guys with Vikings, the Woodman, axes, hammers, and stuff like that fight on the show before.
To be fair neither one of those two was considered a striker. Hamill is a wrestler and Nickels is supposed to be a BJJ guy. Having said that, I agree, Poop. Their stand up technique was bad; hands down, slow jabs, no snap, pushing punches. I'm surprised they drew blood with some of them!

(I suppose most casual watchers don't realize there are alot more blacks in low-level MMA than you see in UFC and Pride, most of them just can't seem to make it to the Big Show.)

Gotta love the Englishman, Ponson, he is the only one on the show that has shown the heart needed to be a true warrior. Seems like most of the guys this season are pussies.
Absolutely, Socal, these guys are awful. I can't believe that guy quit because his ribs hurt. You're fighting for your future, man! As Shamrock said, if he really broke his ribs he couldn't even breathe. Now it's up to Rory or Ed to beat the Hawaiian. The results of the first two seasons weren't very satisfying (only one of the four winners were white,) so I'm hoping that we go 2 for 2 this year.
I missed the first half of the show, as usual. I'm not gonna lie, I watch David Spade's show from 10-10:30.
What happened to Matt? Did he wuss out, too?

Well I saw the first half of the show last night and now I know what Socal is actually talking about!
How could those guys just throw away a chance at getting to the finals? Awful.
I don't know how Dana White would've done it, but he might have had Christian fight the blue-haired guy (Josh?) since he already fought Michael. That would've given him a very good shot at getting to the finals. If Dana had Tait or Christian fight Michael, their prospects wouldn't be so good. (Maybe they're a little afraid of him?) But you gotta go for it. You're fighters, godd*mnit, act like it! Ross didn't need two seconds to think about it. "Let's do it!" Good for you.

Calib had two ribs separated from the cartilage on his sternum.
Matt is out because of the arm injury suffered during that training session with Bisping.
I think Tait and Kristian knew they were going to have to fight Bisping and wanted no part of it.
At least they didn't bring back Solomon.
Not yet anyways, lol. Who knows, there are still three fights to go!

What I have to say will not be very popular, but I'm rooting for Rory to beat Ed. If the previews that I've seen accurately depict Ed's behavior on the show, he needs a good ass whipping. You don't piss in a guy's headgear, or rub his stuff on your ass crack - I don't care if you are white. That is TNB all the way. I'm not going to complain about a black guy doing that kinda crap and give the white guy a pass just because he's white. Classless behavior is classless behavior.
And I'm not saying Calib gets a pass, just reporting what I read elsewhere. But even if he had continued the match and won the fight, more than likely he would have been out for the next match anyway, and we'd have had to go through the drama of picking another fighter. No one left but Solomon...

This is the "Racial Double Standard" that rules over white people today: the higher standards that only white people have to meet, and the guilt that we feel over not meeting them. It consumes us, it owns us, and it's destroying us. We really can't afford to be fair towards non-whites. And, most importantly, we can't afford to feel guilty over treating them unfairly.
Good point about Calib not being able to fight the next fight anyway. I hadn't thought about that. It just sucks to see a white fighter quit. (I can actually be harder on white athletes because it's so disappointing when they fail.)
I still wonder if Dana would have had Christian fight Josh, but it's a moot point.

I have to admit that the editing had me believing that Ross might actually have won. The way they were playing up Bisping's confidence and kept hinting at Ross' "puncher's chance." But in reality Ross has a long way to go before he is on Bisping's level. If he can learn some defensive technique, he may just have a hard enough head to make life difficult for his opponents.
I was really surprised by Josh as well. I have a suspicion that he may be somewhat racially aware (despite the asian character tats on his arm) due to his patriotic tats and his children's names (one was Thor and the other was very White sounding too I believe). I think he has a desire that will keep him in the fight with the more skilled Bisping.
The middleweight fight should be interesting. Herrman doesn't seem to have the will, but Grove is so freaking goofy that I can't see him being a serious UFC athlete.
