Sorry for not writing for a while. Last week to prepare for MLK day, we were shown the movie to Kill A Mockingbird. This is the king of white guilt movies, in fact it set the standard. It is also very boring and slow moving. There were times I wanted to scream. At one point, I closed my eyes and remembered my favorite scenes from 12 O'Clock High. I was surprised at the reaction of the blacks. Many had never heard of this film. Most of them were crying! We did not have time for a discussion, which is why I still have my job.

Today, My hands stopped shaking, so I think I am recovering.

I’m confused…in what line of work does one watch movies with a group of co-workers in order to “prepare” for minor holidays which venerate a prostitute-abusing adulterer, a communist, a liar, a thief, an embezzler, a plagiarist, a fake “PhD,” and a feral merchant of violence against whites?

You’re right, that film and novel are artlessly grotesque. The novel, especially, features a vile (borderline preposterous) portrayal of white xenophobia. No wonder this inane folly, masquerading as “literary genius,” has been so vigorously imbedded into the curriculum at public schools since its ignoble inception.

Your employer is not offering a training program to show the wonders of diversity? How I envy you! Usually these programs are on a Friday afternoon and you get to go home early. Otherwise all the blacks and hispanics would never show up.
Other people have told me that I am lucky. I got to see a good movie. (It could have used a good car chase and some nudity.) They got a dull boring lecturer.

Showing a movie is the lazy way out for whoever is in charge of these sessions. Some of the employees probably thought it was a documentary.

Sometimes tactics like showing a movie can backfire. A few years ago some Jew bussed in kids from a ghetto school to a theatre to show them "Schindler's List." I forget what the occasion was. Anyway, about halfway through he stopped the movie because the little darlings were joking around and laughing so much during the really sad parts.

I guess he was trying to educate them, but I think Mr. Jewish Man was the one who got an education that day.

Good thing they shut it down least someone ask, "why must the Jews be saved by this German guy?"

I have found the antidote for To Kill A Mockingbird. It is called Good Luck, Miss Wyckoff. I have to warn you the rape scene is brutal. It is not for the faint of heart. You also get to see Morticia (Carolyn Jones) use the N word. She looks spookier in this movie than she did on the Addams family. The ending could have been better- maybe they wanted a happy ending. This movie was made in 1979, but would never be seen today.
