Back when this when this really was a country racist against Blacks, they had a psychological edge. It was shameful to loose against a Negro.

Now that our country is intensely racist against Whites, it has reversed. It is now shameful to these Blacks to loose to a White man...while our men tend to fight relaxed and carefree. Calzaghe vrs. Hopkins demonstrates this.
