I'm glad you have discovered Ron Paul. I became disillusioned with the Republican Party during Bush's 2nd term. He destroyed personal liberty with the Patriot Act and Homeland Security. He imploded the economy with the wars, debt, housing bubble, financial meltdown, and bail-outs. When Obama came in and seamlessly continued the same policies with the same robber barons from Goldman Sachs, the same war-mongering, the expansion of domestic surveillance, and the militarization of Homeland Security, it became obvious that the Presidency was merely a puppet position. There is no true distinction between Republicans and Democrats at the highest levels. The mainstream media is entirely controlled and under strict orders to maintain the fraud of the Right v. Left and Republican v. Democrat charade.

Ron Paul is a great man of conviction and principles, dedicated to the cause of liberty. The establishment could never allow someone such as Ron Paul to become president.
