updated to add Dicky Lyons Jr. Man i was impressed with this kid last year, sucks he got injured. I hope he isn't forgotten by the NFL, he really is talented, his dad played for the Saints back in the day

edit: is it odd that several affletes push him down after he scores a touchdown on him? shouldnt that be flagged?Edited by: dwid

Your doing a great job with all of the videos. I want to see Lyons get a legitimate shot as well. He is a very funny guy as he shows with the clips from his show on youtube. He has loads of talent and just needs to be put in the right team that will let him develop. This is a guy that would go to war for his team. What is not to like about Dicky Lyons JR? He is a stud. The Colts or Broncos would possibly be a good fit for him. Harrison was recently let go.

thanks, im glad you guys are liking it. Yeah dicky lyons jr is a fun loving guy. Its cool that lyons is from my area and his dad played for the Saints which makes me like him even more. I think his dad played safety for the Saints, but set records at wide receiver and kick returning at Kentucky so it seems slotting players away from positions like receiver were going on in his era too which i didnt know.

edit: I added a new video today for Austin Collie

Awesome! I have seen Collie play on T.V 3 times and have read a lot about him, but now I will get to see him dwid style! Thanks a lot for your effort man; you do a great job of picking the right plays to showcase these guy's talents.

thanks

updated today to add Eric Morris, Texas Tech WR, I already had the video edited, but I thought he had another year to play so I was going to wait for that footage to make the file, but apparently he doesn't have another year of college.

I like how at 31 seconds in the video he gets one of his longest catches of the seasons against Nic Harris a top rated safety in this draft, and Harris tries to get in his face but Eric doesnt back down and yells back. And then he scores a touchdown on Harris later on.Edited by: dwid

well good thing i didnt wait until next year, a freak accident happened and my external hard drive fell to the ground and isnt recognized by the computer. Probably all of the data is lost. I had like 500 gigs of football on there :(.

Now I gota try and recover or hurry up and dl as many games as possible before the draft, im glad i did highlights of sharp and gerhart before it crashed too because i wouldve left them out until next year, its hard to find the footage after a while, some of its already gone, people only seed for so long. The only one i regret is Jordan Shipley, but i am currently downloading Texas games again. And Wes Welker, i shouldve did his too.

man i could break something right now i am so pissed off, at least i had most of the receivers done, just not Brian Hartline, but I wanted to do some defensive players too. Good thing USC and Ohio State is easy to find. My Wheaton-Mount Union game is gone for good. I wanted to do the Safety from Texas Tech too. Someone mentioned Kyle McCarthy for Notre Dame, he doesnt come out until next year. Edited by: dwid

yeah it being broke at first i wanted to break everything now it just kind of sinks my heart, i had tons of games I was waiting to watch in the summer when there was no football live and i had a break from school.

I wish I was getting paid to do it heh, at least to get another hard drive and need a faster computer, but if anything Don and whoever else runs this site deserves money the most for what they do.

no that would never happen of course not the earth might stop spinning if that were to happen lol, do u no who greg micheli is dwid? The quarterback for mount union he actually overshadowed nate kmic and beat him out for the best player in d3 award this year. He is very fast, but still has a great arm, and good size, i don't want to sound imposing but have u ever considered making a vid of him or would u?

he won best all around player which includes academics

" On Tuesday, Micheli was named the Gagliardi Trophy winner as the top Division III football player in the nation. The award is based on athletics and academics - and that 3.84 grade-point average in physics and math stood out as much as his 28 regular-season touchdown passes compared with only two interceptions for the No. 1-ranked Purple Raiders.

"Coach Kehres said he could only nominate one player from our school for the award," said Kmic. "He picked Greg because of the academics, and I can understand that."

I liked him from what ive seen of him, but when you have a runningback rushing for that many yards, it really makes the quarterback's easier, not trying to take anything away from his talent because he is good. But they would have the box stacked expecting a run (because Kmic would be rushing a majority of the time) and then every now and then hed throw a major bomb to a receiver, thats usually how things worked. (Kmic rushed for 2,790 yards last season and Greg Micheli threw for 3,743 yards) Throwing close to 4,000 yards is pretty damn impressive and i think hes incredibly talented for doing that, but your RB trailing behind with close to 3,000 yards is even more impressive.

heres a quote from when they won the division 3 championship

The senior completed 12 of 19 passes for 262 yards and had TD passes of 55 and 41 yards to Cecil Shorts.

All but 102 of those passing yards came in the first quarter, when the Raiders opened up a 21-7 lead, taking advantage of Wisconsin-Whitewater's decision to do whatever was necessary to shut down Kmic.

"Our coaches thought that it might be worthwhile to take a few shots downfield," Micheli said. "Obviously with what Nate's done in his career, everyone focuses on him, and that wasn't any different today."

So to say he overshadowed Kmic is exaggerating things a little bit.

I like him and think hes good, but for some reason i feel like a runningback from d3 can adjust to the pros better than a quarterback, i could be wrong though. And he was pretty athletic, he could run with the ball pretty well too, i think he rushed for around 600 yards.

Plus, my hard drive with the mount union games on them crashed so i wouldnt be able to at the moment, i even had one more game that featured Nate Kmic in it, Mount Union vs Wheaton (he rushed for 310 yards), it even had that Cornerback Peter Ittersagen

I just wanted to congratulate dwid on one of his top 2 videos he's made (this time on Gerhart, the other on McGuffie) so far IMO. This last video, is an amazing showcase of Gerhart's FREAKISH leg drive, ability to maintain balance after contact, his INCREDIBLE light feet and cutting ability for a back his size- and his underrated speed. Gerhart's burst and ability to bounce it to the outside are also FREAKISH for such a big powerful back (He's a cut cannon!) Congratulations dwid, on one of the most important highlight videos EVER MADE on such an underrated player! This very well could turn more dwf's heads- and broaden their perspectives- than we realize (your selection of runs to include was wonderful!)

What really kills me is some publications have ranked Gerhart as their top fullback. Why dosent this racist media make 260 pound Brandon Jacob a fullback or all the slow negros like Ron Dayne. Why dont we as a peolpe make more noise? I myself have told all my friends about this racist crap and they are to stupid to see it no matter what the proof. What can I do?

We can keep on exposing what is going on. We need to wake more of the DWF's(Drunk White Fans} up. They are the main cause of this problem along with the coaches and recruiters that refuse to allow talented white players to succeed. I have seen Gerhart listed as a fullback as well on several sites. It's only because of his skin color.
