Caleb Mitchell is a Bama recruit from Bama--which is highly unusual. A skilled fast white guy at bama is the world turned on it's head?--Anyone old enough to remember Joey Jones -I think he wore #4 and was called as quick as a hiccup? Man that guy was quick.

Great work white mike. Where do you find all these guys at anyways?

I went through rivals and scout.com listings. There may be a few more to add to the list, but they didn't have pictures. Once you weed out the black names, you can spot spot our guys pretty easily. Especially when their offers are Boise, BYU, Air Force, etc.

where are the rest. where the f**k is Ray Van Peenan.   nowhere.   they found a black to fit that position.

Does he play more than one possition? I remember seeing Brian Leonard was only listed as a LB comming out of HS, despite rushing for over 9000 yards.

<div style="text-align: left;">Ray Van Peneen was not offered a Division 1 football scholarship. His HS coach , coach Olsen (father of Greg Olsen of U of Miami) attempted to use his influence to getVan Peneen a scholarship at Rutgers. But Schiano didn't want him. He spent a year at New Milford Prep in upstate New York. But even this didn't result in a Division scholarship offer. He was offered a scholarship to Lehigh Univ. in Pennsylvania which is IAA. I haven't heard if he signed with Lehigh.

Yeah if you see a CB or RB and they aren't named Terrell or Tyrone and their only offers are from Colo St, Army, Utah, then yeah I guess their easy to pick out.

Drew Cole has verbally committed to Auburn. Defensive coach Will
Muschamp has already said he will play corner at Auburn, which will be a
huge win for us.

Having a solid white corner in the SEC will be a major statement.

One of our guys should seriously change their last name to Terrell or Tyrone, just to get a look at a taboo position. With a good 40 and the name Tyrone, a white player would have scouts drooling, especially a white player with decent grades and no criminal record.

Tre Smith comes to mind... I'm assuming that's a major reason scouts came to look at him (figured he was black).

Here is one more step to the clever idea. Where a dark shield and wear long sleeves. Keep em guessing.Undercover white guy: My name is LaCharles Finkly--and I run a 4.4 40 and play cb. Favorite fighter is Mike Tyson etc.....

Yeah that's probably why Tre Smith got a scholarship to Auburn. That and he probably played every high school game with black under armour on so when the Auburn coaches were sent game film of Tre they were sold on him being black and immediately offered him a scholarship. But boy I would have paid to see the look on tuberville's face when he realized he gave away a scholarship to a white RB. Now that must have been priceless.

Was doing my rounds through Rivals and Scout to see what's changed on the white CB landscape.

-Brock Fitzhenry has been told that he will be a slot receiver at Texas. Apparently he's just thrilled to be there and will contribute to the teamin any way he can
smiley29.gif
. Which at Texas will probably mean bringing water to his thirsty black teammates.

-Danny Razore has committed to Div 1AA University of San Diego. He might as well have jumped into a black hole.

-Drew Cole is apparently still on track for CB at Auburn
smiley32.gif

-Donny Lisowski only has 1 offer: from Montana

-Caleb Mitchell is still visiting some SEC schools I believe, not many firm offers yet from what I can tell.

-Josh Anderson's only offer is from Princeton.

-Zack Townley doesn't appear to have any offers.

-Shawn Abuhoff: no offers.

-Alex Lauricella: can't tell whether he'll play S or CB.

-Jack Swanson is still on for CB at Iowa
smiley32.gif

-Brenan Ghassemieh apparently has an offer from Air Force.

-Jonathan Warzeka also has an AF offer

-Mark Safer has no offers.

-Kyle Patterson has no offers

-Josh Borgman doesn't either.

Okay, that's enough for me, it's getting depressing.Edited by: jared

I know from down here in Georgia that Josh Anderson has started to get some colleges looking at him since his senior tape went out. He has offers from Princeton and Penn and Clemson has asked him to walk on as a preferred walk on. He has 4 schools that are coming by to see him this week. I'll keep everybody posted.
