Shahine isisnt totally white as his name is quite Arabic but he looks to me like former Utah rb Suasan Shakerin. He is a 4.5 corner with offers from Grand Valley State and Central Michigan with the Michigan Wolveines closing in. He is from Poway California but looks to have family ties to the Michigan area.
