This is an interview from Alex Pierce after his pro day. Great interview and he admits that his brother is a pro basketball player in Europe. Would love to see his brother get
a chance to play in the nba. What an athletic family. So happy for Pierce and I have no doubt he will be a great receiver in the NFL!

    A refreshingly positive article:

In Alec Pierce, Colts Find Matt Ryan’s New Go-To Guy

    by Clayton Trutor

Long, lean, fast, and mean, the Indianapolis Colts have found their latest big-time receiver in Cincinnati Bearcats great Alec Pierce.

Everyone in Bearcat Nation knows what a simultaneously consistent and explosive target he’s been for Desmond Ridder and Cincinnati’s offense.

He is 4.41 fast and a leaper. Plus, he’s got great hands and he is a steady producer. This will breaks well for new Indianapolis Colts quarterback Matt Ryan.

Ryan has always been an accurate and consistent passer—a skill set which will match up well with Pierce’s own abilities.

Expect this Pierce-Ryan connection to be a multi-year affair that’s going to do big things for the Indianapolis Colts.

I see it now: Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Alec Pierce. He will one day find himself on the list of the Indianapolis Colts’ all-time receivers. (Note that I said Indianapolis Colts. I always make a point of distinguishing them from the actual Colts— the Baltimore Colts).

Starting with Pierce and going down to their UDFA signings, there's a decision-maker in Indianapolis who has his head screwed on the right way. I'd like to think they're reading Caste Football, though of course I know how unrealistic that is.

Still, it's great that Pierce was not only drafted (relatively) early, but went to a (relatively) white team. That's very important - look at the difference in how Cooper Kupp (relatively white-friendly Rams) and Andy Isabella (anti-white Cardinals) are treated.

In 3, 2, 1 and here will come all the haters saying it's a edited video because white men can't jump. Jealous, envious stupid people. He really is expolosive. Excited to see how
Alec does this fall. Please let him play as many snaps as possible. Screw the bringing him along slowly. We don't need another one of our guys to get screwed by sitting on
    the bench like Andy Isabella.

Alec Pierce update, looking good for him to be the rare White receiver who doesn't have to serve a racial apprenticeship:

Colts are ‘definitely pushing’ Alec Pierce to compete for starting role

Indianapolis Colts rookie wide receiver Alec Pierce has a prime opportunity to earn a starting role early on during his first NFL season, and the team is certainly pushing him to compete for it with the other players in the room.

While Pierce won’t be handed the starting role opposite Michael Pittman Jr., his skill set fits well with what the Colts want to do. His vertical abilities and versatility bode well for his chances of grabbing a starting role early on.

Head coach Frank Reich told reporters Wednesday that Pierce is already showing off his intelligence by quickly picking up the offense.

“I think we have high expectations for him but have a lot of confidence in that whole room as you guys know. Alec (Pierce), one of the things we like about him is he’s a very smart guy. He really has learned the offense quickly,” Reich said.

Pierce won’t be without his share of competition for the starting role. Ashton Dulin appears to be climbing the depth chart while the team is still hoping that Parris Campbell can put together a fully healthy season.

The second-round pick will have to earn that starting role, but having him work as the No. 2 would open up the offense in a big way. The Colts offense could be extremely multiple with Pierce working both outside and in the slot while Pittman Jr. reprises his role as the X.

“He’s done a good job so he’s going to have to compete for every snap, right? It’s a very competitive group,” Reich said. “But yeah, we’re definitely pushing him. We’re definitely pushing him and want him to compete to get in the mix and get on the field.”

Pierce was one of the blue-chip prospects the Colts had their eyes on throughout the pre-draft process. They see an extremely high ceiling for the Cincinnati product, and it wouldn’t be a shock if he finished second or third on the team in targets when his rookie season is all said and done.

We’ll see just how much progress needs to be made when training camp rolls around, but the rookie will certainly be vying for a starting role sooner rater than later.

It's very rare for our guys to be so highly sought after. This is a refreshing change if it happens from the usual racial apprenticeship that the majority of our football players have to endure. This kid is gonna be a star! You can just feel it!
So glad he went in the 2nd round and to a team that actually wanted him and believes in him. If only some of our other guys could get the same opportunity.
