How are they any different than the vast majority of the White GMs?

Dougtavious picked one White player (Nick O'Leary) in his three years of decision-making. That's less than 5% White. A typical White GM at least makes the standard 20% White picks.

When the Bills picked multiple White players in a draft, someone even said "that's how we know Dougtavious isn't making the decisions anymore" and sho nuff Dougie was fired a few days later.

Its about power for the blacks. Just like in society. Its about power not equality. The white GMs all play the game to keep their jobs.

We've had many posts over the years noting how some Black coaches are fairer to Whites than White coaches are. They're all participating in the Caste System and know the unwritten rules. Some are relatively fairer than others and that can't be predicted solely by their race.

There's been some horrendous ones, but there's also been many horrendous teams over the years, and most have had White head coaches and GMs.

To give credit where credit is due Jake Funk had a black head coach at Maryland who didn't give up on him despite all of the injuries. Some of them can look past
the caste system and the dreaded white skin disease. Haha. Hope Funk sticks around as when he plays he can be so explosive. Such a shame his body won't hold up.

Finally a RB selected runs under sub 4.4. After having 5-6 with 4.6s. Charles Davis notes how fast Chandler is. No mention of the others average speed. Only highlights Chandler's top end speed and acts as if that's the norm.

So we want Black QBs to have all-black o-lines and black TEs too? I want as many White o-linemen and tight ends as possible, period.

Me too, but IF there have to be sumos, I’d rather they protect quotas, and I’d rather our QBs be protected by as many of our OL as possible. Same with TE.

Exactly, but the idea is that if the same number of white and black linemen are being selected anyway, it's more favorable to have the white linemen go to the white QBs and the black linemen go to the black QBs rather than the other way around. Although once we get into the 7th round or so, we're just hoping for white players to get drafted at all, if the alternative is going undrafted.

I do too, but there are going to be black O-linemen drafted and they have to go somewhere.

Wilson got Wattenberg, and now Daniel Jones just got a 340 lb. sumo. If those two picks had been reversed I'd be a lot happier.

Obviously that's not gonna happen. Roughly a third of the starting QBs are Black, that's a lot of teams to not want White guys protecting them and running routes.

I think the more our guys get picked the better! Ideally on white friendly teams but best to go places they can compete and start for me.

Kelce, Andrews, Ertz, Goedert, Gesicki, Schulz, all very good to great TEs who are thriving on teams with Black QBs, amazing!

When the Raiders pick was announced hardly anyone cheered. The "150,000" people supposedly watching is more like the number that can fill a large auditorium. Fake news!

Exactly! what is going to hopefully help our cause is seeing white players playing well regardless of their quarterbacks colour. Dwfs will love Kelce and Andrews and the more they and others play well and have exposure hopefully thoughts and bias may change albeit slowly.

Weird and creepy "bent carrot" ad on NFL Network. I don't think I can eat carrots anymore.
