Since 2005 white starters were 8,9,8,7,9,10,8,6,5,4,3,3,5,6, 6 and around 4 last season. In 2021 they will start 3.

Bimbo Fisher has his team at the correct racial quota for the SEC. Fisher has had an affinity for black quarterbacks during much of his tenure at Free Shoes U and Texas A&M. The last full time starting White QB under Fisher was Christian Ponder (a decade ago). Other white QBs like Clint Trickett and Sean Maguire started/played a handful of games during Bimbo's time in Talahasse. Bimbo only has only had one QB at Texas A&M -a black quarterback - Kellen Mond. Now he is back in unfamiliar waters...two White QBs battling out for the stating position.

Players to watch: WR Caleb Chapman, TE Baylor Cupp, TE Max Wright, OL Josh Bankhead, OT Trey Zuhn, LB Andrew Merrick, LB Houston Hummel, S Samuel Mathews

OFFENSE:
QB Haynes King or Zach Calzada
C Luke Matthews
RT Blake Trainor

DEFENSE:
None

Chapman was looking good, I watched the game where he blew his knee out. Hoping for a strong season, injury free.

Haynes King is one great athlete. He runs a 4.5 forty, a 4.02 shuttle, and has a 36 vertical. He also ran the 400 meters & 400-meter hurdles and was district champion in the discus. He is 6'3" and weighs 200 lbs.

Caleb Chapman beats out 5 star recruit Demond Demas. That tells me that even coming off a torn ACL, Chapman is still very talented. We now have at least 4 starting WR’s in the SEC this year.
