If young Allen has ANY black in him what so ever its completely hidden to me.
Ive seen a lot of half breeds in my life, and ALL of them have some black features that makes it obvious. I see a few photos of him online that make me think maybe he looks slightly middle eastern, but not at all *******. If that black dude is his actual biological father, then he has the weakest ******* genetics in history.
It matters little though. If its suppose to be true then he gets a pass from the idiots, and talking heads. His alleged black genetics fully explains his speed. Believing that he has a black father makes the idiots sleep better at night.

Well, from the looks of him, I would not even have to look twice. He's a White guy. No question.
Whenever I'm wondering about someone's race, I just thing, "How would this person be described to the police, if he were a crime suspect?"
No one would say, "well this half-Black-looking person..." or "This one-fourth Black-looking person..." or "this mostly-White but slightly-mixed person..."
They'd call him a White dude, because hell, he's obviously a White dude.
The only thing that some people might be iffy about is if his "parents" come to games and for whatever reason the camera pans to them, then of course all the retardates would think he was half-Black because his mom became a mudshark or whatever the hell happened there.

In this picture with Tory Holt he looks like some Latinos who have some Black ancestry. He also looks like Derrick Moye. But maybe this is just a summer tan. I have seen darker famous Whites than him. I remember this board debated whether the late Steve Van Buren was White. He obviously was classified as White as any player with any known Black ancestry couldn't play for a SEC team back in that era.

He was a member of the Black Student Union in high school. I consider him mixed and therefore will not root for him. I also think he won't fit well in an NFL system anyways. He is good with deep routes and might be a good punt returner, things like post routes he will struggle.
I think you guys need to be more proactive. We seem to be more dependent on things just working out for us and that is not going to happen. I would recommend we go to sites like youtube and create our own post titled high school football prospects, and get our guys recruited, by posting videos of our guys in action. I also recommend calling Rivals.com out on being a poorly crafted site. I can't count the number of times they have promoted a bust.

Seems mixed to me
I am in a foul mood of late .Baseball has been a crushing disappointment for the most part. The NFL, in general is off to a very slow start for our guys. College football as reported here has less white defensive players. And now this. Each person is entitled to their opinion on these matters but I draw the line on mixes and never cross it. One thing about Allen that always aroused some doubt. There has been very little talk from the media--not us--about him being a "fast white guy" ala Jeremy Wariner. The media jumped on Wariner's whiteness.There has been relative silence regarding Allen's racial makeup. Teams like Oregon really get my goat. OK some of these deep south schools have mostly black rosters which is not a shock these days. But friggen Oregon? Very few blacks live in Oregon. They play this pussy ball where all the wr's put up huge stats etc just grates that's all. We need some good news and soon.

Let's get this back on the right track. Western Michigan Daniel Braverman had 8 catches for 100 yards against a tough Virginia Tech opponent. He's gone for 100 yards or more in 3 of his 4 games this year! Only a sophomore too.

Sure if you're willing to discount his genes. Just cause the media considers a person "white" doesn't make them white. It's biological. If he has kids, they still won't be white. The one drop rule prevents this. If you're willing to cheer for that then so be it. Anyone with any non-white ancestry shouldn't be cheered for. The dilution of genes doesn't make it right.

Freethinker is right. Yes the Allen discovery is a killer but we have two choices: jump off the bridge or move on. Let us concentrate on some positives to get that bad taste washed out of our mouths. Braverman is a speedster with wiggle.

Ryan Switzer just might be the fastest player in the entire country. He BURNED the Clemson defense on his way to a 75 yard TD on a screen pass. He simply flew while all those "athletic DBs" could not keep up. It's going to be fun seeing him dominate on Sunday's as a better version of DeSean Jackson.

That catch and run by Switzer was a thing of beauty.
I do believe that some strides have been made at the WR position at the college level. There seems to be an uptick in the number of white WRs.
With that said two of the best RBs in the country are Tyler Varga and Zach Zenner. It's a shame they didn't get recruited to be RBs at division 1 schools.

I have found another young receiver to follow. RS sophomore Boone Niederhofer of Texas A & M. He had 8 catches for 69 yards last week

River Cracraft (sophomore, Washington State) - 11 catches, 172 yards, and 3 touchdowns. the "possession" receiver had an 86-yard touchdown catch-and-run and two clutch 4th down catches that converted first downs. of course, any so-called journalist who profiles this all-around excellent wideout obediently marches to the tune of disparaging him for lack of talent. hell, even his coach downplays his ability.Exhibit 1,000,000 of Caste System stereotyping.
