So where do you guys think that sCam Newton will go (what pick) in the NFL draft? Although I don't necessarily feel any animosity toward Carolina, it wouldn't bother me too much to see him taken first. We can then have two colossal bust 1st pick black QB's in the stretch of a few years.

Dan Snyder will "trade-up" from their #10 pick (maybe with Buffalo at #3) to select this "can't miss talent"...

Deadlift and FootballDad either one of those outcomes would be okay with me. Newton does not impress me at all as a passer besides having a strong arm. Even last night I couldn't believe how easy his reads were. On one particular play Newton first had a poor fake, stared down auburns H-Back, barely got anything on the throw and the pass was still completed. He has bust written all over him. If he goes to the Redskins or Carolina he will be forced to make plays with his legs with their sumo dominated lines. I can't see Newton developong as a passer in the league. Maybe after 5 or 6 years maybe. I think he'd be great at Tight End

Or Al Davis, both would love this prospect....

snow, maybe Thomas bought into the hype about sCam Newton and the incredibly afroletic SEC team too. I wouldn't be too surprised at his smiling and hugging the opposition. That is fairly typical black behavior at any level of the game.

You are right on the money there, Don. The double standard exists in pretty much every aspect of the game that can be analyzed.

Yep, it's ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC that Andrew Luck didn't get the Davey O'Brian Award.

OUTRAGEOUS...

Lutzenkirchen had a 39-yard catch, the LONGEST of his "thoroughly under-utilized" career...

Newton "didn't have weapons?".. he had to put Auburn "on his back" this year?.. that's BS -- times infinity! Hopefully, Lutzenkirchen will be more involved in the passing-game next season..

I wouldn't count on Lutzenkirchen getting a lot more involved next year. He'll do well to go over 250 receiving yards in each of his remaining seasons at Auburn. I hope I'm proven wrong on this one.

Lutzenkirchen also saved Newton in the game against Alabama with a touchdown catch besides putting them in field goal range to go up to 19 points

SEC supremacy talk will be alive and well on DWF message boards after another SEC team has won the BCS championship.

My take on this is that the SEC has more success getting the best stud QBs and o-lineman, but other positions are close to equal. There is probably a small gap between black talent in the Big 12, Big 10 or Pac-10 compared to the SEC across the board. There is no doubt in my mind though that stud white RBs like Nile Knapp, Sam McGuffie, Rex Burkhead and Toby Gerhart would have similar success to the top black backs like Marc Ingram, Trent Richardson, Michael Dyer, Knile Davis and Jeff Demps (different roles for all these guys, depending on their skill set and measureables) if playing in the SEC with that kind of blocking.

I also think Stanford at this late point in the year may have beaten Auburn with the way Andrew Luck and Stepfan Taylor played late in the season and they also have a top notch o-line that can compete with SEC schools and they are amongst the whitest teams in the country. I guess we'll never know.

Anyone know the final record in caste match ups for the Bowl games? Last year we did well if I recall, but this year I don't think we reached the same standards. Bowl games are the best time to check out caste matchups because of the large sum of inter-conference matchups of whiter and blacker conferences.

It really bothers me when a majority affeletic team gets bailed out by the few whites on the team. The great catch by the big guy for Auburn and a few great special teams tackles in this past game are perfect examples. It always seems to happen in a big game where the one white guy turns the momentum in favor of his black team. I'm a fairly recent Gator alum and it was always hard for me to root for Tebow because he always willed his team to victory along with his coal black crew. I loved watching him perform his magic but I had to root against "my" team! I have my fingers crossed for Brian Kelly and the Fighting Irish since I've been a convert ever since the Zbikowski years as I refuse to promote the new FAMU of Florida!

This is a point I made to a friend of mine a couple years back when I first learned of the Caste system. My friend asked if this whole Caste thing is true, and if all the great White WRs and RBs play in the FCS and D2, then why do these teams routinely get their butts whipped when the play FBS schools. I explained to him that the game of football comes down to three things 1) having a great QB 2) protecting your QB 3) getting to the other teams QB; everything else, IMO, is ancillary. Those positions are at least half or even majority White in the FBS. So, for example, a team like Montana might have a Top 20 RB who happens to be White, but they also have the 200th best offensive line and quarterback because those positions aren't as anti-White as skill positions. If you put the 20th best RB behind the 200th best line, there's only so much you can do. If the 10th best WR in the country is receiving passes from the 150th best QB, again, only so much you can accomplish. I think it applies not only when talking SEC but college football in general.
