I see the irony in this. White coaches have placed white athletes in the back of the bus for atleast 2 decades now. What poetic justice it would be if these same over-weight caste bandits were to be replaced by the same group that they chose to elevate above their own.

I'm surprised that there wasn't a lot of complaining over Turner Gill not getting the Nebraska job. I find it pretty funny that people were complaining about Ole Miss not hiring a Black coach when they hired two Black basketball coaches in a row (Rob Evans and Rod Barnes). I wonder if people consider the school racist for hiring a White coach (Andy Kennedy)? BTW, is Ed Orgeron White? He looks to be Hispanic to me.

The funny thing is that becoming a head coach is a process, that usually takes between 20-30 years to complete. Blacks want to bypass that process and jump to the front of the line. They don't want to put in the years as a Graduate Assistant, then as a low level assistant coach, working their way up to a positional coach, coordinator and finally earning that Head job. There is no requirement to have played the game at a college or pro level, and therefore the hiring pool should reflect the population at large, and not the skewed numbers of the NCAA or NFL. If you remove the Blacks who A.) Didn't graduate High School or B.) Ended up in Prison, which lets just go with the B.) percentage of about 33%, and subtract that from the 12% sliver that they represent of our population, that means about 8% should be Head Coaches in both the NCAA and NFL. At last count, I believe they were 6 of the 119 NCAA D1A jobs or 5% and in the NFL they hold 6 of the 32 jobs or 19% of the jobs. I would be all for them getting 3 more Head Coaching positions at the college level if we can sh!t can 3 of the NFL'ers, because if we are using demographics as a means of hiring, they shouldn't have it both ways.

This idiot on ESPN just got done with this rant about how "the White man doesn't want to hire Black head coaches." We already know the answer to that.
What if a White man went on ESPN and recommended that the NFL install a "Riggins Rule", stating that each NFL team needs to allow at least one White man to try out at running back? He would be fired on the spot!!!! I don't think the guy who said this crap about Black coaches should be fired, because I believe in freedom of speech, even for this jackass, but it would be justifiable if people caused enough of an uproar to at least make him worry about his job security.

Sherman was pretty bad. The Packers were coal black and not very good. Of course Favre was fully on board. Even now he would probably prefer to go back to having 20 black guys and him on the field.

Louisiana has a significant amount of people that have Spanish heritage that can trace their lineage back to the Spanish colonial rule of the area. The current bungling idiot in the state capitol Blanco can probably trace her lineage to this.Colonel_Reb said:
