It'll take another early playoff exit and possibly hearing more of the noise from the DWFs and media and that should motivate Luka to invest more time and money into his nutrition and fitness. As typical with most younger athletes they often think its all about natural athleticism and hard work to be elite but as they get older the mental aspects and then nutrition/sleep/prevention ala TB12 and similar programs become more important for sustained greatness. Even that chicom employee Queen James understood this.

He has to make his conditioning and nutrition regimen top notch. However, the best way to get in shape for basketball is to play basketball. His numbers are climbing and the team has been playing well. I still say they need to give Boban 10 minutes a night - he is very efficient and spells Porzingas at times. Heck even the two of them on the floor together!

Would still like the Mavs to pick up a white sharpshooter as that is the key piece I think they lack.

It's been mentioned, but Mavs should consider adding McClung. Lebron only allows one pale face at a time to play with him and it looks like Austin Reaves has already claimed that honor.

Luka’s game 7 against the Suns was epic. He ripped the Suns’ hearts out from the opening tip, and the game was over by halftime. He is indisputably great, with all-time great potential. His career is on a comparable trajectory as Lebron James. He is undoubtedly the best White player since Larry Bird. I watch every Mavericks game I can, because his game is so entertaining.

I compare it to watching Christian McCaffreey for the Panthers or Cooper Kupp for the Rams! :)

Luka Doncic is on the highest level and his ability is off the charts. The guy is only 22 years of age yet he does things that superstar veterans can't do! Luka
is a complete basketball player with all of the tools necessary to dominate games all by himself. Doncic is a stat sheet stuffer and I enjoy watching him
even more than some of the superstars of the past. If he can get to the NBA Finals his Stat Status Worldwide will explode like fireworks on July 4th!

I'm very confused as to why he wasn't talked about more in the MVP voting. I had him third ahead of Embiid personally. Since the All Star break he was the best player in the league no disrespect to Jokic who deservedly won his second MVP.

Luka Doncic is second all-time behind Michael Jordan in playoff scoring at 32.7 points per game! Hopefully over the next decade he can pass them to become the highest
scorer in the average of points per game in NBA PLayoff History! :)

Despite the Mavs blowing a 19 point lead and losing the game it's not all sad and bleak.

Luka Doncic again did everything he could scoring 42 points for the 7th time in his playoffs career. This ties the great Dirk Nowitzkis Franchise Record!
In only his third season Doncic will own the record all by himself soon. His points per game average moved up alot but they need to close out games. They
now trail 2 -0 in the Western Conference Finals of the 2022 NBA Playoffs. They head back to Dallas for games 3 & 4. It's now or never time for the Mavs. One
thing is for sure. It's not Doncics fault that they are losing. He is making history. Now if only his team can give him a little more help to get some wins!

With his selection, Dončić became the fourth player in league history to be named to the First Team All-NBA at least three times before turning 24. The other three players were Tim Duncan, Kevin Durant and Max Zaslofsky.

Only 2 NBA Players ever have averaged 30 points or more in their first 3 years of their playoffs.

Wilt Chamberlain.

Luka Doncic.

Yes even guys like Jordan, Wilkins, Bryant everyone else has never done this in their first 3 years of nba playoffs! Doncic is amazing!

Doncic can average over 30 points per season if he focuses on staying healthy (focusing on nutrition and improving his physique to avoid the many injuries he has had this season).

He has a lot of potential, even with several injuries and not being at his physical peak, he gets 28 points on average in the regular season and 30+ points on average in the playoffs, imagine when he's in The physical Peak, He has monstrous potential.

Now if only his team can give him a little more help to get some wins!
Porzingis It could be this guy but unfortunately he also had a hard time staying healthy.

He had a ridiculous no look pass the other day in Slovenia's win over Italy! Will post here shortly. He looks lean and jacked! Might be worth putting some $ on him to be next year's MVP.

I don’t watch basketball but that highlight reel was insane. He is one of the best basketball players I’ve ever seen.

Luka Doncic is leading the NBA in scoring with 34.7 points per game and he is putting up triple doubles like crazy. Is this finally the
year that Doncic wins the NBA MVP? He will need to play at this level and lead the Mavs deep into the playoffs to have a chance. In
my opinion he deserves it regardless.

The funny thing is the black ex pro basketball commentators always say things like he is unathletic, plays slow, etc.

Well, if that’s true, then how is he so dominant right now? And what does it say about the largely black competitors he is smoking?
