Bayern is on the verge of upgrading and already Uber talented squad. However Boateng certainly was a weak link all season with his slow feet and half ass discipline most of the season. Thiago will likely leave as will a couple others so one name to watch for and except to garner more playing time is midfielder
Michael Cuisance. He’s a game changer kind of talent with exceptional technique and very high football IQ. He’s got some thunder in his left foot and rarely ever gets dispossessed.

Novice, I see you deleted your reply but again your off, way off. Martinez is irrelevant and Tolisso won’t stand in the way of Cuisance regardless of his staying or going. Thiago will almost certainly be gone by the end of next week. Bayern is fully supportive of Cuisance and believe he is going to be a world class player that will get ample playing time next year with the first team. It appears you’re a glass half empty kinda guy.

I want Cuisance to succeed and he had a great game in the final league match of the season. But it can't be denied that he needs playing time, and so far, he has not gotten enough of it in the Bundesliga in the last two seasons after a really promising debut season with Gladbach in 17/18.

Bayern didn't even want to keep proven world-class talents James Rodriguez and Coutinho, so in this context, Cuisance may find it challenging to get playing time in Bayern.

I'm looking at some of his compatriots: Houssem Aouar who's a year older already has 130+ appearances for Lyon, and Lucas Tousart at the same club who has 160+ appearances. There's also Lyon's 2o year-old midfielder Maxence Caqueret who started against Juve, City and Bayern in the Champions League. I'm not saying these guys are better than Cuisance, just illustrating that I think an environment like Marseille or Lyon would have given better opportunities for Cuisance to devvelop. Hopefully Cuisance will get more playing time in the upcoming season, but if not, he needs to leave the club

Rodriguez and Coutinho are horrible examples. Both cost too much and both were inconsistent with Rodriguez being a massive drama queen and didn’t try to learn German. He was too soft to fit Bayern’s style. Coutinho is simply too expensive and didn’t show the consistency relevant to mental toughness.

Cuisance is mentally tough and plays an athletic all round game which Hans loves.

From all accounts, Cuisance has progressed extremely well and will make his way on the pitch regardless of who’s there. He’s that well thought of and simply too good to keep on the field. He will have his role next year and it will increase thereafter. Staying at Bayern and working his way up the ladder has been the right move and he will continue to do so from everything being said by the bosses and from Cuisance.
