I bet Brady wishes he had Humphries right about now, and maybe a few other of the "overachieving" WRs they've quickly discarded the past two seasons, e.g., Chris Hogan and Chad Hansen among others:

On Sunday night, there was no more hiding his emotions. All Sunday night, NBC’s cameras showed Brady coming off the field looking like he was about to explode. Once, he was shown yelling at his receivers, and it looked like a lot of his ire was being directed at Phillip Dorsett.

The fact about the Patriots’ offense is they don’t have a lot of receiving talent after old reliable Julian Edelman and running back James White. That seemed clear as the Patriots struggled to move the ball for most of a 28-22 loss to the Houston Texans.

At one point in the third quarter the Patriots went for it on fourth-and-inches, called a play to get Mohamed Sanu open and Brady hit him in the hands. Sanu dropped it. That summed up the night. The Texans scored a dagger touchdown right after that.

Tom Brady frustrated all night

Brady yelling at his teammates was easy for everyone to see. Amateur lip readers on social media ascertained that Brady was telling his receivers they needed to be “faster, quicker, more explosive.” That was the easy part to see for anyone watching at home, as was Sanu’s bad drop.

There seemed to be plenty of other things going on. Former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky posted a video on Twitter in which he pointed out that it seemed Dorsett missed a hand signal to run a double move, and Brady was irate as he explained what happened to offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels on the sideline. Maybe Orlovsky’s description after watching on TV wasn’t exactly what happened, but something set Brady off. Houston took Edelman away and that should have opened things up for others, but nobody other than White took advantage. The Patriots didn’t get in the end zone until White caught a touchdown from Brady with 11 seconds left in the third quarter. Then New England, which has had trouble finding a healthy and reliable kicker, missed the extra point after taking a delay of game penalty.

While Brady might never publicly talk about his frustration, it’s obvious the Patriots offense is struggling.

I appreciate the hell out of Brady, Burkhead and Edelman but the rest of the offense leaves something to be desired.

The Pats have no one to blame but themselves - most of us veteran posters have pointed out at one point or another how bad they are at drafting and most of their success have come from white caste offs from other teams - Welker, Woodhead, Hogan, Burkhead.

I actually have a theory that Flores might be hiding Laird so the Pats do not decide to scoop him up in the offseason. It may be crazy but the Pats had their eyes on Welker when he was on the Dolphins and look how that turned out

Cardinals just waived Zenner. Now would be the perfect time for New England to pick him up with all the injuries and issues at the rb position. Belichek is not happy with Michele and Burkhead seems to get injured a lot lately. Zenner would help out the run game without question.

This is fantastic. I think the earth is off it's axis. Thank you Brian Flores for giving kids a chance that no one seems to want.

He could have been fired last season when he let an injured Newton cost the Panthers a possible playoff spot.

This season in key situations the offense script seemed too predictable for my taste , granted aside from McCaffrey the Panthers have few play makers on offense.

It will interesting to see who the Panthers hire to replace Rivera.

The Miami Heat and the Miami Dolphins are two of the most White-friendly organizations in the year 2019. Incredible!

Excellent! When was the last time a team had two White running backs on a regular season roster? And no I would not count Carolina with Brad Hoover and Nick Goings.

Rivera is a nice solid coach ( and by all accounts a solid citizen) who I didn't detest but like his QB Newton he was a tad limited. I am glad you pointed out their forfeiting last season to accommodate Cam last season. He was a "player's coach" and it burned his ass in the end. A terrible suck up job. Cam should have been shelved late last year due to injuries.

I have no direct knowledge of this but I think Luke Kuechly played a role in all of this. His look of disgust on the sideline Sunday was something to behold.

Of course there is new ownership and they wanted to clean house when the coast was clear meaning a down season. I think they should go with an established coach instead of one of those youngster gimmick boys.

Apart from CM their drafts have been down the line caste and I just don't think they have added enough for CM and Luke to truly improve the team.

This is a good team in terms of fan interest and it would behoove them to upgrade several areas including WR where they are pug awful. And how about giving Luke some real help? Cripes that defense besides Luke has been limp and I am being kind.

Some here think Kyle Allen is their future QB but I still think they would be wise to get a sleeper draft pick like Shea Patterson to give this team a boost. And say goodbye to Cam who is not only past his prime but was a bit of a question mark even in his prime. Imagine the athletic factor of having CM and Shea in the same backfield?

This season is now lost which is another notch on the bummer pole this season for me since I root for this team every game they play ( one can't beat the Luke/CM combo) but I too will be very interested in who they pick as HC and how they draft in 2020.

I never like to see any change in a situation that is favorable to a white running back. You never know what kind of a guy they will get to replace him. What if it's a black coach that feels RB is a black man's position?

Any head coach that decides to displace CM would have a lot of explaining to do. Rivera was somewhat white friendly (Kuechly, CM, Olsen). But he never went out on a limb for many borderline players like S Colin Jones who looked like he had what it took to become a starter in the NFL but ended up as a permanent special teams coverage fetch.

That said there will always be a tinge of anxiety when a new coach comes in and might start messing up with the CM program but I sense that wont be the case. Time will tell.

One of the bigger surprises to me is the uneven rookie season for Lions TE TJ Hockenson a subject I am sure Flint has been following. TJ is done for the season and finished with a 32-367-2 stat line. Most of those stats came from his big opening game. I expected much more. Maybe things will turn around next season. I think we are all wondering about HC Patricia. I am especially annoyed with his all black defense which is one of the most uninspired units I have seen play this season.

This is a shock. Maybe flores and his staff figured out there is something to these white rbs after failing hard with the afleets? I would love to see Zenner take Gaskins snaps just to piss off the dwfs and the media.

Here's a Dolphin DWF take on Zenner from one of their message boards:

"This Zach Zenner kid is a 4 year vet he is like a Rex Burkhead type so this is very good if he gels. He a bull rusher (straight line power between the guards, cannon ball runner big and heavy. Good speed, and ramming power hard to tackle."

Burkhead and Zenner are both all-around running backs. Neither is all that big, neither is a 'bull rusher", though both finish their runs well. They do a little bit of everything. They wouldn't be allowed to make it even this far, otherwise.

Who wouldn't take Zenner off the wire? Geez a solid player all around smart enough to grasp a playbook on the fly and from what I saw solid in pass pro. Scenario, say I was the white coach but not a bag o donuts jock sniffer and I had a slight cancer of black supremacy in my locker room I would quietly fill in behind my cancerous but not waivable players with white players, some incentive to actually play. Also I would tell those white players to keep their head on a swivel and nut up, none of that hokey crap Toby brought to the table.

Just a few more tidbits about the Lions. For some odd reason for a defensive coach Patricia's all black D is among the worst in the league. Their black defensive backs are all standard issue clueless, awful and pitiful take your pick. Since none of them are white you won't see them being executed on the public square like a white defensive back.

That said it is very unfortunate about their injuries on offense. Now back up QB Jeff Driskel, who was just starting to get into the swing of things, is done for the season too with a hamstring issue. A shame since Driskel is probably the third fastest QB (not counting Taysom Hill) in the NFL. The Lions had a different less caste looking offensive team this season ( a rare thing in Detroit despite the few games Zenner was thrown a bone) when they lined up the athletic Driskel with rookie TE Hockenson and Danny Amendola. Amendola by the way is having a solid season with a45-505-1 stat line and unlike the two players above has stayed healthy.

It was very disappointing when Driskel couldn't play on Thanksgiving Day. Would have been a neat showcase of two athletic white quarterbacks.

The local media has been all over the Lions for picking Hockenson in the first round. TE's usually don't go that high yet the Lions have done it 3 times this century.

The first game, which has turned out to be a big outlier, has not been repeated and now the injury bug had hit him. I also hear his blocking hasnt been good.

Heck I'm bummed out Jesse James hasn't figured in the offense. I thought that was a great signing.

While watching the Titans-Colts game on The Red Zone late in the game WR Adam Humphries looked like he pulled his hamstring while chasing a long sideline pass. I haven't heard anything on it so perhaps it was nothing. I sure hope so. Last thing we need is another notable white WR going down with an injury.

Now curious as to why Adams numbers are down this year I scanned the Titans stats and the only viable conclusion one can make is Adam is being underused. When you consider out of all the NFL wide receivers through week 12 Adam has the second best catch percentage with only the Saints Mike Thomas having a better one. Adam has been targeted just 47 times this year and has caught 37 of them. His targets with Tampa Bay the past three years read like this: 2016-83, 2017-83, 2018- 105.

This is on the coaching staff. They are treating an average receiver like Corey Davis as an equal player giving him 50 targets with only 31 grabs with a low 62% catch rate. Indeed Davis ( an overrated MAC player) has been force fed the ball since he entered the league. In his rookie season his catch percentage was a brutal 52%. It was only 58% last season. I have noticed in the few Titans games I have seen this year that Adam is often not on the field. They seem to think Corey Davis is a better fit but I see no tangible proof of that.

Their other top receiver is AJ Brown and he has had a solid rookie season with a 34-626-4 stat line on 54 targets. Humphries is sitting at 37-374-2 and these stats reverses his upward swing he was having year after year at Tampa Bay. His targets went up from 83 in both 2016 and 2017 to 105 in 2018 where he set a career high in catches with 76.

Now he has had a couple of clutch TDs of late none greater than that beautiful seam route that knocked off the Chiefs. With four games to go and with Tannehill at the helm the hope is the Titans pay more attention to Adam. I am relieved Mariota has been benched because he is the type of QB that can kill the flow of wide receivers.

Yes it will. Since the owner is a SJW my guess is the new coach will be black.

The interim coach is Perry Fewell, the former defensive coordinator of the New York Giants. My guess is that Fewell will eventually be named the head coach on a permanent basis.

I'm sure Freethinker, knows this, but for any lurkers too young to remember, Hoover was a blocking fullback that only got one Monday Night of glory running against the Packers and Goings appeared to be a lighter skinned mulatto. Closest I can remember, was 1992 when a pair of rookies played a lot in the backfield for the Patriots against the Dolphins at the end of the season. Tailback Scott Lockwood had a huge 123 yard game, then never touched the football in the league again. Fullback was Kevin Turner, but he was a 3rd round pick that got to run quite a bit (compared to current FB's) before signing for big money with Philadelphia, were he was relegated to blocking and receiving.

Here's a tidbit for Sapient: Bobby Grier, who used to sport a semi-Don King hair-do, was the Patriots running back coach in 1992, but I believe the head coach was ill that day (Lockwood ran crazy) and Grier Sr. was elevated to offensive coordinator or co-head coach for that game? As I also posted in this thread, Grier Sr. was a reportedly a big supporter of Lockwood, according to media reports. Earlier in this thread I posted the video of Lockwood's huge day.

So what, who cares about Bobby Grier, he's a 86 year old, former coach? True, but he eventually became a rare black scout/executive that did not seem outright hostile towards whites -- helped build Gary Kubiak's Texans teams and was a big J.J. Watt supporter. He also really pushed the Patriots to draft Tom Brady.

More importantly, Bobby Grier was recently employed by the Miami Dolphins, working as a consultant for his son Chris Grier, Dolphins GM. The moment the Dolphins signed a white tailback from Cal I predicted Bobby Grier or his son were probably responsible for that. I also assumed Patrick landed in the right spot, if he wanted to play in NFL....Unlike Nall that ran head first into the Rodent's lap in Chicago.

He wants an offensive minded, analytical and modern coach. My guess is Roman, Ravens OC.

Check out weenie world's dig at Kyle Allen. If I were the Panthers I would be ecstatic I found someone as talented as Allen as an UDFA. Allen has shown a ton of potential - it never ceases to amaze me how viruntley anti-white those cucks over at weenie world are. Newton has not been the answer for the past few seasons. The unrealistic standards we are seeing applied to white QBs is downright ridiculous.

NFL Network's Tiffany Blackmon reports Cam Newton will undergo surgery on his broken foot.
Newton tried to rehab the injury without going under the knife, but it just wasn't getting any better apparently. Newton will now add more months to his timeline until he's healthy again. The Panthers are going to have some decisions to make in the offseason in regards to the future of the organization, but it's crystal-clear Kyle Allen is not the beyond-2019 answer under center. Newton has one year left on his contract through 2020.

Excellent intel! @Truthteller

It is interesting to note that as soon as the 86 year old Bobby Grier was hired for consulting, the team’s racial make up improved from 13 Whites in 2017 to 21 in 2018. Due to the signing of RB Zach Zenner, it may be around 22 in 2019.

I tried searching for some background on Bobby Grier’s playing career and I am not sure if he’s the same guy I found on Wikipedia since the site does not mention his scouting career, but it appears that this may be the same 86 year old Bobby Grier who played in the 1956 Sugar Bowl game in which he became the first black athlete to do so.

If that is him, he is a very interesting individual. A black athlete who was given an opportunity by whites to break the 1956 Sugar Bowl color barrier and now in return has had a helping hand in many of the guys we root for.
