well i don't even now what a stormfronter is,and i don't have anything against other races just was trying to determine the kids heritage.besides that all of the mixed race(black &amp;white) people i have met have self identified as black, when in high school is was personally discriminated against by white coaches, transferred schools and was the starting tb and my coach there was black,i see nothing wrong with any group or race or whatever wanting people like themselves to do well and succeed this includes whites as well<div>

Hey Riddlewire. You do the same please. I have brought up many white athletes for discussion on this forum. I will take Football Dads advice and post in the Happy Hour forum for now on. If I offended you maybe its because I am right, maybe not. I dont pretend to agree with everybody on evrey section.

You're reading things into my post that weren't specifically written.
That's an excellent demonstration of why new users should talk about sports-only.

A lot of modern day racial barries can be broken this year with Brian Leonard, Peyton Hillis and Toby getting the ball 15-20 times a game and scoring touchdowns for the highlight reels. The NFL is a copy cat league and success by a few white RB's will open the door to a lot of the guys mentioned here to be considered. I know the main issue is allowing those guys to actually run the ball, but let's hope that Cincy, Cleveland and the Vikes will let them run the ball!

Yes, but we all saw what happened when Hillis had a few good games in Denver. It was back to the bench for him in McEminem's ridiculous offense. Leonard was solid but unspectacular in his starts back in 2007. That was to be expected however given the fact that he was just a rookie and the Rams offensive line was terrible.

Guys I understand your disdain about not wanting to beleive their could me more whites getting offered this year. The truth is I have been following the trend for years and this year their are more whites that have been offered as opposed to last year. Is it Toby gerhart maybe. I think that it is not enough blacks that play the position any more for the college recruiters to fill the quotas so some schools have got to offer whites. Blacks don't play sports as much as before I think or they can't qualify academically. I don't know however the upticks has continued for a couple of years now. I only hope it continues.

Realize this is a "Running Back" thread...and can't wait to see McGuffie; Burkhead; Wegher &amp; co...

Think Henry Hynoski of Pitt deserves a shout!is not your every-day run-of-the-mill Fullback...would love to see this dude get used in a "Iron Head" Heyward/Brandon Jacobs type-role.. He get's nice athletic compliments..but CasteSpeak-101 term "throwback" is used....he's been used primarily as a blocker his first two seasons; hoever his role is supposed to expand...he's got great speed for his size!

Played only 1A- in HS..but still very impressive stats *Prolific runner who finished sixth in Pennsylvania history with 7,165 career rushing yards...also scored an astonishing 113 touchdowns during his career ..As a senior, he rushed for 2,407 yards and 42 touchdowns 10.7avg!

2010 Scouting Report: Whether it is carrying the ball, catching the ball or making a bruising block, Hynoski is a multifaceted and valuable contributor to Pitt's offense...described as a "throwback" by running backs coach David Walker, Hynoski embodies all the classic fullback traits - but with an athletic twist..."Henry is a dangerous player with the ball in his hands," Walker says. "He is so much more than a blocking back."...also a classroom standout who has twice been named to the Big East All-Academic Football Team.

Henry Hynoski (Jr.) 6'-2" 260 Pitt

North Dakota State RB Matt Voigtlander has been a back up, but I hope he gets more this year. I had to post this to combat that Sioux post, LOL:

There's no thread for Portland State, so I'm posting this here.

Cory McCaffrey: In The Backfield Where He Belongs
...the former Oregonian Player of the Year was listed first on the running back depth chart a little more than a week before the season opener at Arizona State.
If he's lucky, Cory will have two full seasons to show what he can do at his natural position.
I still think PSU is doomed with Burton as head coach, though.

Jenkins excels again in Beavers' final scrimmage of fall camp
CORVALLIS - After Jordan Jenkins rushed for more than 100 yards in Tuesday's scrimmage at Reser Stadium, Oregon State coach Mike Riley was asked in jest if star tailback Jacquizz Rodgers might consider taking a redshirt year.

Riley chuckled at the notion.

"Jordan had a really good day. He made stuff happen,"Â￾ Riley said.

"My guess is Quizz will still play,"Â￾ Riley said with a laugh.

Laugh it up, Uncle Tom.

Jenkins is 6'1" 211lbs. He has been dominant in Spring and Fall camp. Jizz Rodgers is 5'1" 99lbs. He has been injured all year. It's not surprising that Riley is willing to admit that he's not even considering a competition to put the best players on the field.

Those are some impressive stats for Jenkins in those two scrimmages! Look forward to see him getting some quality playing time...

No offense, but Rodgers is a talented scatback. It will show serious progress though, if OSU actually does what makes sense- and takes 1/4-1/3 of the carries or so- from one of the best scatbacks in the FBS and gives- a more full sized white powerback carries to take some of the load/chance for injury off him. I don't think Rodgers can handle over 20 carries a game, but more like 15-18.

Joe Martinek is a beast, and Wegher is a home run threat.

Mcguffie is a speed demon who breaks tackles and has great spin moves.

Wish i lived in the USA so i could watch these guys play every week.

If you have the internet, you can watch Chase Reynolds with Univ. of Mont. Grizzlies every week. Just go to their webpage, http://www.montanagrizzlies.com/pages/event.aspx?e=227&amp;m=18

There are further links to broadcasts for their games. Their games are carried on the web with B2Blivetv.com. I just checked the website, and the Griz game against Western is listed for 9-4-10. The cost is listed for $0.00. How's that for a deal?

Last year, the games were free, and it looks like the same is true for this year.

Chase Reynolds, the Griz star running back, is a slippery, yet very strong back. He's also kind of like Paul Hornung in that he can sure smell the endzone. Very strong for his size. I also think he has pretty good speed, and he can sure make defenders look silly. He may get a shot to make it in the NFL, but I doubt it. You never know, though. Mariani has got a shot, and Coach Fisher of the Titans has had many, many good looks of Reynolds because Fisher's kid was on the Griz team. Go Griz!!

well i hope gaffney is white, and i think were are finally seeing more white rb get a chance to play at d1 level, hopefully the trickle will turn into a torrent
Well, you never know.  According to the stormfronters, since I have a miniscule fraction of Native American heritage from way back, I'M not white.  In spite of my mother being full German and my father being majority English/Welsh.  So I guess if Gaffney doesn't pass the "stormfront test", he might as well be a mulatto.  I just told my son that he probably isn't white, so he can now be assured of a D1 scholarship when he graduates from High School!!

The one drop rule is stupid, and is actually damaging to White unity instead of positive. I have never understood it. Why would we want to throw away 15/16th's of someone who cares about our people's survival who had the misfortune of having a non thinking race mixing ancestor way in the past? The much better test, is do they look white, ACT WHITE, and fight for the white race? Then you are white until your actions are proven otherwise. I'll take a guy with an insignificant mix over a deluded liberal any day. Of course I would stand with a complete mutt who is a good citizen over a mindless Marxist drone, but that is just me. How bout Minnesota FB John Hoese?

From ESPN: Jon Hoese
rushed for three touchdowns and recovered a fumble just days after his
father suffered a severe stroke. Hoese nearly didn't make the trip.

I really hate when these things happen, Dierking goes in and loses a yard, then McBurse comes in the next play and makes an incredible move for a 40 yd TD. The announcers are talking about how he should be the one toting the rock for the Boilermakers. McBurse is very injury prone though we'll see what happens.

Either way I think it was more of a luck thing, as I don't think you can plan to land on the defender and somehow keep not touch your knee or elbow to the ground.

Dierking 14 carries for 102 yds and 2 TDs.

Also BTN named Dierking Player of the Game! I guess I shouldn't get down on the best game of Dan's career!

Burkhead finished with 9 carries for 77 yards and 3 receptions for 41 yards, for a total of 118 all-purpose yards. He was the leading receiver on the team today.

DiLuigi's already reeled off a 43 yarder today. So far, he's got 66 yds on only 4 carries.

Congrats to Deirking..maybe his Dad playing in the NFL gives him a better chance to one day play on Sunday?? Pierre Thomas runs no better than a 4.65 for the Saints...they can't use that as an excuse.

Burkhead has a nice yard per carry average thru two games! QBTaylor Martinez 14carries-157yards-2 TD'sis putting up some Crouch/Frost-like numbers

RB-John Goebel (Cincinnati) had 9 carries for 75 yards 2 TD'sEdited by: TwentyTwo

After 2 TDs by UGA's FBs Chapas & Munzenmaier last week (including reps at TB for Munzenmaier...& 5 White players scored TDs
smiley1.gif
)...there's NO carries & only 1 pass (11 yards to Munz) for UGA's (grossly underused) FBs (Chapas & Munz).
smiley7.gif
The much hyped "return" of afrolete Washaun Ealey yielded a pathetic 3.9 yards per carry (75 total) AND a TD costing fumble on the SC 2 yard line.
smiley8.gif
Not to mention UGA's coal black D giving up 182 yards to SC's (afflete) TB Marcus Lattimore
