Jenna eases off and still runs 21.99 with a -0.3 wind. She is a favourite to win and win an Olympic Medal.

Matt Boling should make it through to the Men’s 200m Final. I noticed Laird turned Pro with adidas.

Yes I agree with you on both points but especially on Prandini due to her being in exceptional form at the moment. To be honest Boling looks so exhausted. His legs just
aren't all there. It's been a long year but his body will handle the wind & grind bettter next year as he continues to mature. I think his lower body strength has to catch up
with his upper body strength as he looks alot bigger in his upper torso. Carrying extra weight/muscle will test your cardio. He will need to improve his lower legs strength
and endurance with squats, box jumps, other plyometrics, hill runs, leg lunges, etc. etc. This kid is going to explode next season. It's just hard to be patient with a kid with this
level of talent.

Smart move by Laird as he accomplished everything in college and now it's time for the kid to make some money. He is 22 years or age so he will be a factor for the next decade or so.

If anyone knows as to the extent of Filippo Tortu and why he pulled out please post the information? I can't find anything online yet. Thanks guys.

Tortu says he took too much forced time off because of a positive covid test and a quarantine and it interrupted his Olympic Cycle, plus minor injuries after.

Thanks for posting the answer brother. I appreciate it. I wonder if Italy could possibly put him on the team anyway for not only the 4 x 100 Relay but also let him run the individual 100 meters? My guess is probably only the
relay and that makes me so angry but I'm still hoping on a slight chance Tortu could have a medical approved exception. The whole covid situation really pisses me off as I know the truth.

Riku Illukka and Samuli Samuelsson of Finland both ran their PB’s in Kuortane, 10.27 each (+1.9), Mathias Hove Johansen of Norway also PBed to 10.39, expect Samuelsson to improve Finnish NR below 10.20 this season.

sorry lads but I still say Dina Asher Smith is eating tainted yams....10.71 to win the 100m easily, breaks the national record as well. She is so bulky looking. Of the mens and womens 100m finals only 1 white person...Andrew Robertson(4th) who is spent I think.

If prandini goes full throttle to the wire with good conditions she should win or at worst come second, she is so slight of frame yet quite toned no tainted yams there. If conditions are good she should go sub 21.90. Here's sending good luck vibes her way.

Tommy Ramdhan finished in 6th so there was 2 white men in the 2021 English UK National Championships in the 100 meters mens final.

No, you're premature mate. The clock was wrong (wellll wrong!) and her time was corrected to 10.97 which we know she is capable of doing. All those other "would have been" sub 11s for the place-getters were 11.20s.
And Andy Robertson was honest again and gave his all , 10.33 against a slight wind- could be a relay team member

Excellent post as always mastermulti. I have the highest respect for what Andrew Robertson has achieved all while having to work on the side while still competing in athletics. Also to still have the desire to train that hard
at 33 is amazing. He has nothing to be ashamed of and a 4th place finish against all these young & hungry sprinters in fantastic. As I mentioned above Tommy Ramdhan came in 6th which is also
a positive step for him at 25 years of age.

Jenna Prandini is going to Tokyo ❗

Jenna Prandini is on the individual 200 meters with that 2nd place finish! Amazing. I wonder when the last time we had a White US Female Sprinter? I guessing the 1950's or 1060's. I'm so happy
for her. She was in tears after the race. What a special place to make the Olympic Team. She ran for the Oregon Ducks so she has so many friends there. :)

Devon Allen ran a 13.10 to make the finals of the 110 hurdles. Trey Cunningham was amazing as well running a 13.21 to also reach the finals. Both of these guys have a chance to make the team in the
finals in a few minutes. Good luck to them.

I knew Boling was toast. He is just exhausted and that's why he runs tight in every race. If your not relaxed & rested your not gonna run fast. No matter who you are. On to next year. Get some rest Matt!

Devon Allen ran another 13.10 in the finals to finish 2nd and is on his second US Olympic Team. Trey Cunningham ran another time of 13.21 to equal his p.b. but just missed making the team to finish 4th. :(

Cunningham really looked great and he has a bright future. Keep your head up young man! Devon Allen with a lifetime p.b. of 13.03 is the savy veteran now and man can he run. I would love to see him
break the 13 second barrier in Tokyo. The list of 110 Hurdlers in the world to go sub 13 is so small it's much more of an elite club then the sub 10 and sub 20 group.

Boling finished 9/16, missed last qualifying spot by .04. If he wasn’t struggling so bad he would have done much better. Future is bright for him! Prandini did so well very proud of her!

The biggest news yesterday was yet another sweep. Emily Sisson ran a stunning 10k, running away from the field and achieving a great time despite 86 degree heat. She was followed by Karissa Schweizer and Alicia Monson (who ended up vomiting and being taken to a hospital, but was proud of having pushed so hard).

The US has been quietly assembling a great squad for the Olympics.

I didn't exactly know where to post this but it did happen at the meet yesterday. Black activist Gwen Berry ruined the moment for two white athletes by turning her back during the flag-rasing ceremonies for the three qualifiers in the hammer throw. If I was one of the white medal winners I've bitch slap her for taking away from the moment I've worked so hard for.

It's a shame Boling didn't at least make the final. To think he was that close makes me sick to my stomach. Can you imagine how he feels? Just to have made the finals would have been an honor and a step forward. It
will motivate him in the off season. He will think about it until it drives him crazy. The whole NCAA Champs as well as the US Olympic Trials are a learning experience for him. It's called tough love and he will be a better
sprinter as the result of it. Boling is not weak minded like Lemaitre was. He has not fear of competing against the best in the world in order to get better. Matt will shut up many critics next season. For now he needs rest.

On June 29th we have a meet in Germany. I'm interested to see what Henrik Larsson will be looking to improve on his seasons best time in the 100. Denis Almaz will is entered as well so hoping for some good conditions and
fast times. It's been a dismal year for most of our guys so let's hope we can have a few uplifting results before the Olympics.

I did see a few suprisng results recently all wind legal for our guys:

Silvan Wicki 10.22 +0.8
Kristoffer Hari 10.22 +0.9
Simon Hansen 10.24 +0.9
Fredercik Schou Nielsen 10.24 +0.9

Despite finishing 2nd at the Danish National Championships it was a great race for 3 of our guys! 23 year old Kristoffer Hari finally broke his p.b. with a 10.22 and two other guys broke there p.b.'s too. All of these
sprinters are young so maybe they can build on this for the future. So happy for Hari as we thought he would run this fast years ago. College actually hurt his development which doesn't happen too much. He is a very
intelligent guy and I think his studies played a major part along with some injuries. I wonder if he will attempt to run pro for a while. I sure hope so as he has the rest of his life for his business career.

100m men final Wind +0.9

1. Kojo Musah 10.14 NR+PB
2. Kristoffer Hari 10.22 PB
3. Simon Hansen 10.24 PB
4. Frederick Schou-Nielsen 10.24 PB
5. Emil Nader Kjær 10.44 PB
6. Mads Lunø 10.57 PB
7. Andreas Trajkovski 10.70
8. Tobias Gorgone Larsen 10.72 SB

Devon Allen was out here a few years ago running 100 flat and man, does he come home in that final 30 metres. Our top 2/3 guys weren't in the race but our 10.35-10.40 guys were and he ran away that last part of the race.
Yes, wonderful for Prandini. She didn't go well in 2016 Olympics with 22.51 (I think) - she looks much better now

He made the much taller winner really go out after him hard - probably enabling the new national record. In fact , the first four all went under Hari's Danish record - great stuff!

With those first 4, virtually zero wind at sea level, the Danes could well have a low 38 relay team if they perfect the baton changes - far under their dismal 39.06 to date

Devon Allen is like a 1/4 ish black or more. He looks white, but someone figured this out with proof back in his Oregon football days.

I think the reason Asian Sprinters are doing so good is that they are offering more money and support to their track athletes and especially sprinters. They also have very few blacks in those countries and it's rare
to see the Japaneese or Chineese have a black sprinter. I can think of only one to my memory and he was mixed. They are how Europe used to be. How the United States use to be. As recently as the 1960's the
United States of America was still well over 90% white. Then the mass immigration started and ironically mostly from non white countries. Just like in Europe. Funny how that happens only to white nations.

Anyways, countries that have a large population like China and Japan who stay homogeneous are going to excel over time. Japan has 127 million people living there that almost all look alike. China has between
one billion and a half people that are Asian. Imagine how many of these guys have great genetics? Compare that with Germany having the most people in Europe (excluding Russia) with 83 million. The United Kingdom
has 67 million but the majority of countries in Europe are from 10 to 45 million people. Also they are not a high majority white anymore with the mass immigration. So Asia will continue to rise as a powerhouse in the
sprints. All the white nations have been invaded and displaced. Just stating what's happened by the powers that be over the last 40 to 50 years. You will never see hundreds of thousands of whites sent to any black nations,
hispanic nations or asian nations. Only the countries with huge white populations are targeted as a way to get rid of us slowly but surely. Only people of European Cultures are not allowed to have one. It must be darkened.

Sorry to rant but this is what's going on in the world. If you think that doesn't effect our athletes your wrong. It's a very sad situation. It's amazing we have achieved so much with so much going against us. Every ethnicity
deserves their own countries/natons/cultures/traditions and the ability to exhist in peace. This is way bigger than sports but you get the point.

So considering everything I think our guys and girls make us proud considering they are such a minority with whites only representing about 10% of people in the world.
