I don`t care so much about this fight against a no-talent white guy,and I know that Tommy`schances of resurrecting his career are between slim and none, butI would like to seehim KO another black or two before finally calling it a day.

He is doing a end around the HIV testing that most US commissions have. There is nothing good about this fight. I hope and pray that his opponent gets ko'd cleanly or Morrison is ko'd cleanly. The last thing boxing needs is another medical controversy...

From Yahoo: Former world heavyweight champion Tommy Morrison returned to the ring for the first time in nearly one year and beat Matt Weisharr by a knockout in the second round.


white is right: I don`t think you have to worry about Tommy fighting again. This bout in Mexico, even though it was outside the jurisdiction of any U.S. boxing organizations, garnered so much negative publicity because of Tommy`s health issues that I can`t see anyone letting him fight again. I`ve read a rumor that Tommy is supposed to fight in New Zealand later this year, but I bet it`ll be canceled.
