For what it's worth the Dolphins and Jaguars have met privately with this player with the Jaguars in particular saying that they were really high on Mr. toone.

Yes, Toone could end up being very good. He'd be a high reward high risk pick since he's on the smaller side and played in the FCS, but I predict he'd become an impressive starter and make a Pro Bowl or two without the caste system. I really hope he gets drafted!
