Well the swimming world championships are over and here are my thoughts/ opinons.
A. Never would have known about the championships as ESPN thinks we
need minute to minute updates of Terrell owens' contract dispute.
Yeah, I really care whether that arrogant jackass gets 10 million
instead of 7 million.
B. Michael Phelps is a gutsy athlete. He enters the 400M
Freestyle to improve his freestyle racing prowess and doesn't
qualify for the final and there is USA Today saying he's a failure and
talking about how he's human now. Give me a freaking break.
Phelps has never been a dominant freestyle swimmer and the media know
this and they still criticise him. It is my opinion that they want to
see him fail, we know why. Hmmm, they never tire of Tiger Woods winning
though.
